Your rental includes a complete clean and linen-change once a week, plus additional light housekeeping in 1 or 2 visits during the week. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance, to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry, and we can also source live-in maids, if required.

All straight lines and Spanish flair, Villa Blanco is a modern villa as fresh as the Mediterranean breeze. Inside, bright and open living spaces unfold over glossy white accents, grey marble, large windows, and blonde flooring – a crisp and clean Swedish ambiance to complement the villa’s light and airy southern Spanish vibe.
Sunlight streams into the living room, pouring through full-width glass doors and filtering past the luxurious pearl-grey drapes. The view frames the sparkling pool, lush gardens and inviting terrace, pulling the outdoors in – in to the welcoming living room, complete with a new and modern real-flame fireplace, to add to the cosy ambiance as well as the villa’s contemporary feel.
Settle in for great conversation or movie night, on the invitingly plush cream sofa and its even more tempting accompaniment, a butter-soft cream leather, reclining three-seater sofa. The 50-inch Smart TV, equipped with Apple TV and Netflix, are queued for family fun.
Comfortable under foot, the villa’s grey marble flooring and modern oak-effect ceramic tiles unite the white-and-cream colour palette, creating open spaces that flow from living room into the dining area, kitchen, and other spaces.
The new and modern kitchen is a delight for cooks and high-design aficionados alike. Finished with custom white Corian worktops – lovely to the touch – and an integrated sink, smooth-close doors, and superior appliances, including an American side-by-side, induction hob, and Siemens oven, the kitchen is a study in top workmanship and contemporary design.
The kitchen opens onto the indoor dining space, which offers a large glass-topped table and plush, gold-studded upholstered seating for eight. (Families, rest easy: a high chair is available for the youngest guests!) A gorgeous crystal light fitting adds a touch of glamour, while large windows gaze out to the garden, inviting the sunbeams to stream in.
Of course, if the sun calls to you, there’s no better place to dine than outdoors, by the pool. Cook up a feast at the BBQ table by Jamie Oliver, or grab some refreshment from the full-sized fridge on the side terrace. An outdoor dining set accommodates eight, with additional seating for overflow, if needed.
Three walls of large, full-width glass beg you to fling open the doors and step outside, to revel and relax in the warmth and beauty of the Spanish sun. A green garden, resplendent with palm fronds and exotic plantings, are the perfect backdrop for the refreshing and private pool – at 8×4 metres (26×20 feet), it’s large enough to swim laps.
Al-fresco seating, including sun loungers and plush chairs, frame the pool. Drink in the sun, go for a swim, or crack open that beach read you’ve been waiting to devour.
Of course, if you desire a change of scenery, you’re just a short walk (900 metres, or about half a mile) to shopping, restaurants and Estepona Beach, with its offering of a waterpark and water sports. Golf, spa services, and other holiday treats are also easily accessible from Villa Blanco.
