Welcome to Villa Nuru

No sooner have you opened the front door of Villa Nuru than you are confronted by one of its defining features: a glittering expanse of double-height glazing which draws the eye through the house towards the azure waters of the swimming pool beyond.

This is a home designed for families to spend time together without feeling crowded. Days can unfold at a leisurely pace, either swimming laps in the modern pool, or enjoying the shaded terraces and garden seating areas.

Meanwhile indoor entertainment options such as the cinema room and gym are on offer for those seeking to escape the sun, making Villa Nuru a versatile home for year-round enjoyment.

Contemporary Design with a Personal Touch

Emblematic of its name – which means “light” or “radiance” – Villa Nuru balances clean lines with carefully considered details. Neutral furnishings, natural textures and sculptural lighting allow the architecture to take centre stage, while the generous proportions of each room make the villa equally suited to lively family gatherings as quieter moments of relaxation.

A Hillside Setting Made for Outdoor Living

Villa Nuru’s unique swimming pool is more than a place to cool off. Following the lines of the house, the water appears to embrace the living spaces, while a glazed viewing panel set into the base of the pool creates an unexpected visual connection with the lower ground floor.

Above it all, the expansive rooftop terrace provides another spectacular entertaining space, complete with outdoor kitchen, Argentine grill and an elevated whirlpool, from which a sparkling ribbon of Mediterranean Sea can be glimpsed on the horizon.

Wellness Meets Entertainment

Whether it’s maintaining a fitness routine or settling in for a film, Villa Nuru’s spacious lower ground floor offers a range of facilities rarely found under one roof.

A fully equipped gym features a treadmill, elliptical trainer, exercise bikes and space for stretching or floor exercises, alongside a private four-person sauna. Next door, the dedicated cinema provides seating for nine and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing guests to stream their favourite films and series whenever they choose.

Located on the ground floor at entrance level, Villa Nuru’s main living room is bright and contemporary, with double height windowed doors overlooking the gardens, pool and sea. Neutral seating is arranged around a glass coffee table and feature fireplace, while sliding doors open directly onto the covered terrace.

A second sitting area sits beside the dining room, furnished with sofas, occasional chairs, open shelving and modern artwork. A separate TV lounge offers a quieter retreat with a large wall-mounted television, sofa, ottoman and glass coffee table.

On the lower ground floor, guests will also find the dedicated cinema and gym, creating a separate leisure area away from the main reception rooms.

Situated on the ground floor, Villa Nuru’s main kitchen is finished with dark cabinetry and marble-effect worktops, with a central island providing additional preparation space and breakfast-bar seating. Appliances include a Siemens 8-ring induction hob, extractor fan, Siemens double oven, American-style fridge freezer, Teka wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, Philips toaster and Russell Hobbs kettle.

The principal indoor dining room seats 10 and opens onto the covered pool terrace. Outdoors, guests can choose between several dining spaces, including a shaded poolside table and an oval dining table on a raised wooden deck overlooking the countryside.

To facilitate al-fresco dining, Villa Nuru features two outdoor kitchens. The pool-level kitchen includes worktops, sink, wine fridge and large gas barbecue, while the rooftop kitchen has a sink, preparation surfaces and Argentine charcoal grill.

Villa Nuru lends itself well to laid-back living. Spend the morning beside the pool, then move into the shade for lunch or drinks overlooking the garden. The large lawn provides space for younger guests to play, while quieter platforms lower in the garden are well suited to yoga or sunset drinks.

The lower ground floor offers entertainment away from the heat, with a nine-seat cinema, gym and four-person sauna. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace is an ideal evening setting, with a whirlpool, outdoor kitchen and far-reaching views across the countryside and coast.
