In the spacious and welcoming main living room on floor three, wall-to-wall glass doors on two sides frame the panoramic vistas and open onto a huge wraparound upper terrace. Two oversize sofas provide space for a full house to gather together and a sleek multi-directional fireplace and a TV above it separate the living room from the dining room.

In the apartment on floor zero, a second living room is two steps down from the kitchen and features floor-to-ceiling glass doors on two sides that lead out to the lower terrace. Decorated in white, it features a large sectional sofa and ottoman also in white, and a TV.

On floor three, the main kitchen, which can be closed off from the open plan living space, is a chef’s dream.

Sliding glass doors open onto a patio area with a small dining table and a separate pantry provides additional storage and space for small appliances.

In the main kitchen, a large central island with a pristine white countertop features both a gas and an induction hob, plus a breakfast bar and four stools, so that the chef can cook up a storm in company.

High quality Miele and Gaggenau appliances include a conventional oven and a steam oven, microwave, double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, commercial size toaster, juicer, blender, coffee machine and more.

The second kitchen, in the apartment on floor zero, is equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and sink. There is also a smaller kitchenette adjacent to the staff/teens bedroom.

Below the main level, on floor two, an expansive entertainment area caters to all ages and interests. There’s a home gym overlooking the golf course and next to it a Swedish sauna with capacity for four adults.

This floor also includes a stocked cocktail bar complete with ice machine, wine cooler and glass washer and, for old times’ sake, a retro arcade machine and foosball table.

Next to this is the soundproofed home cinema and music room, with black walls and ample seating, with a 60″ TV.

With golf-facing terraces on three levels and 1200m2 of garden, there’s plenty of outdoor space. The terrace on floor three comfortably seats 15 guests, both to dine outdoors and to relax on the three oversize sofas. The pool terrace on floor two is equipped with sunbeds, perfect for drying off after a dip, and at the lowest level (-1) another terrace provides access to the lawn area. There’s also a patio off the kitchen with a table for four, a table tennis table, and a roof terrace at the top.

Principal Bedroom 1: The stand-out St Andrew’s suite on floor four features wall-to-wall glass on two sides opening onto a private sea-view terrace equipped with a table and chairs and a fourposter double daybed.

Inside, the super king size bed (2x2m) sits below a pitched ceiling with views out to the terrace. A TV hangs above a fireplace, with two reclining chairs and a coffee table providing a private space to watch a film. There is also a dressing room and a luxe bathroom with a freestanding bathtub positioned in front of a picture window, a separate shower and double washstand.

Guest Bedroom 2: Located floor four, the Ocean Club suite features an emperor size bed (210x200cm) which can be arranged as twin beds, with a padded headboard against that stands out against an aqua toned feature wall. The suite includes a built-in desk, a reclining chair for reading, and a separate dressing area. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, heated towel rail and washstand with built-in storage.

Guest Bedroom 3: The Augusta suite, decorated in warm coral tones, is on floor four and features an emperor size bed (210x200cm), which can also be configured as twin beds. This suite includes a reclining reading chair, a built in desk, a TV and a dressing area with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a double washstand.

Guest Bedroom 4: Cypress Point on floor two features an emperor size bed (210x200cm) which can also be configured as twin beds, a desk area with a TV mounted on the wall above it and built-in wardrobes. This room has doors to a courtyard. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a built-in washstand.

Guest Bedroom 5: Pebble Beach suite is on floor two with patio doors that open onto a courtyard. It is furnished with an emperor size bed (210x200cm) which can also be configured as two twins, a desk area with a TV above it and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower and single washbasin with storage beneath.

Guest Bedroom 6: On the lower level of the apartment (floor one) Hinoro is a self-contained studio apartment, within the separate apartment. In addition to a bedroom equipped with a double bed and desk below a TV, it includes a compact dining area with space for two, a kitchenette with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and sink, and a bathroom with shower and single washbasin.

Guest Bedroom 7: On the lowest level (-1), Indian Wells is part of the separate apartment and features wall-to-wall sliding glass doors on one side that open onto a sun terrace, an emperor size bed (210x200cm), which can also be configured as two twins, built in wardrobes, a desk area and a TV.

Guest Bedroom 8: On the lowest level (-1), the Sawgrass suite features large sliding glass doors that open onto a sun terrace and an emperor sized bed (210x200cm), that can also be configured as two twins. It also features a desk area, TV and built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, built-in washstand with a single basin, and storage beneath.

Bedrooms 6 – 8 are included in price for groups of over 10 guests, or can be added for a supplement for groups of less than 10 wanting use of all bedrooms. 

Daily Housekeeping

Your rental includes daily housekeeping (7 days a week) plus a linen and towel change twice a week.

Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover things like after-meal clearing up, nightly turn-down, or personal laundry. We can also source live-in staff if required.

A mid-week top-up service is available directly with your housekeeper, with goods + time paid for locally.
