Finca la Buena itself and the staff there were the best experience we've had renting villas which we've done ten times or more in countries like Jamaica, Scotland, and Italy. The villa has aged well. It is in a beautiful, completely private setting in the hills in Benahavis, Spain near Marbella.  The rooms are charmingly appointed with luxurious bedding, and accommodation. The staff are the most capable and graceful we've experienced and met every need.  Tina who was the villa manager and Mike were competent, effective and responsive.  Chef Lolo and his staff prepared great meals each day. All we could ask for. Our guests felt the same. The Concierge services were wonderful and we were delighted with  all the activities we experienced including classical guitar, private flamenco performance, wine and olive oil tasting, a dance band, a boat at Marbella, a cooking class and a private chef for the big dinner of the week. The planning and logistics overseen by Maria made a complex task easy. And Lili did a great job managing logistical challenges during the stay. All in all, a well run experience.

The Luxury Villa Collection team does an outstanding job on customer service.  Very responsive and thorough with carful attention to detail.  Our stay at the villa Soroko was a delightful experience proving more that enough room for the nine of us. We spent a lovely week in Villa Siroko east of Marbella. The administration and selection of the villa was greatly facilitated by the Luxury Villa team. The local concierge team were also very attentive and helpful. Lilliana thoughtfully delivered a great bottle of Cava and chocolate chip cookies for my husband’s birthday; much appreciated. Villa Siroko is really well located and everything is well designed and works in the house and outside it has a good garden that is well planted and looked after. Frida the housekeeper who lives discreetly on the premises in her own little appartment worked hard to keep everything clean and tidy. We very much appreciated her friendly presence and help! The 5 minute walk along wooden boardwalks to the various beaches was a real highlight for all of us. The sea is safe and the beaches sandy so pretty perfect. A beautiful villa on spectacular grounds. Nice to have a on-site (but completely unobtrusive) property manager.  And lots to see in surrounding towns and villages. This property was lovely for our extended family trip with 9 adults ( two generations) and two children (gen 3), ages one and six. To the Luxury Collection, Would like to share what a fabulous experience we had at the villa.  Exceeded our expectations and were very impressed and pleased with the detailed communications and arrival experience.  The team went out of their way to accommodate our arrival and everything we ordered before arrival was there.  The villa itself is spectacular and we cancelled a few tours because we had a simply great time enjoying the pool and villa view.  The property manager also made the best recommendations to curate our trip.  We had two private chefs come and cook multiple meals.  We do this every year on holiday and I would say these two were the best we have had in over ten years.  Would highly recommend asking the villa manager about restaurants and things to do. We had a really positive experience booking through The Luxury Villa Collection. We actually had to pivot our holiday plans quite last minute from the Middle East, and they made the whole process so much easier than it could have been. They handled all of our queries quickly and clearly, and were genuinely helpful throughout — nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Communication was great, and it really felt like we were in good hands the whole way through, which took a lot of the stress out of reorganising everything. We ended up staying at Casa Anelli, which was amazing. It’s modern and really tastefully decorated, and easily big enough for our group of 14 without ever feeling cramped — everyone had their own space. The pool area was perfect and where we spent most of our time, and the kitchen and living areas made it easy for everyone to come together and properly enjoy time as a group. The location was also spot on, with a tennis club and a few great restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, everything came together really smoothly and made it easy to just relax and enjoy the trip. I’ve no doubt the other villas handpicked by The Luxury Villa Collection are just as thoughtfully chosen and set up for a seamless, stress-free stay.
