When the owner of Villa Marivi set about building his dream home (in a place where there once stood three seaside fishing cottages) he designed what has become one of the most impressive homes on Marbella’s Golden Mile, with all-suite bedrooms facing the Mediterranean Sea, and packed with every conceivable feature for a complete ‘private hotel’ experience.
Set over three floors of impressive architecture, the vast 2,400m2 living space exudes refined comfort and warmth; a space equally as welcoming to families with children, as it is to travelling dignitaries from all nations.
All the rooms are south facing; suffused with light and warmth throughout the day, while the private terraces of the principal top-floor suite feature sumptuous sea-view living and dining areas, where you’ll instantly fall in love with the dazzling Mediterranean Sea views.

Tucked away down a private road, from the moment you enter the private gated courtyard of Villa Marivi, you know you have arrived at a very special residence.
The palatial marble entrance opens into a glamorous reception hall with two sweeping staircases, leading the eye upwards to a brilliantly-lit glass dome roof. Rooms are just as impressive in size; each bedroom suite has its own sitting area and sea-facing terrace.
The top floor principal bedroom suite evokes an air of a glamorous 1950’s film set, with a wall of arched windows leading out to a magnificent terrace with dazzling views towards the Moroccan coast.
The villa features both formal and informal spaces to catch up with friends or dine together, and when you crave some quiet downtime, or to burn off some energy after catching up with the office, you’ll find wonderful spaces to do just that!

Beachfront villa with private pool & Garden
Set within a 6,000m2 private estate, the grounds of Villa Marivi combine immaculate manicured lawns bordered by Mediterranean flowers, palm trees and several pristine terraces.
It’s hard not to be blown away when you first step out onto the terraces and view the gardens and coastline beyond.
The full-length main floor terraces offer a front row seat to Marbella’s glittering coastline. Imagine gathering for cocktails at the golden hour as the sun sets over the pillars of Hercules – where Gibraltar and Morocco almost touch. The views are absolutely mesmerising.
The centrepiece of the garden is the 22x8m swimming pool with underwater seating at one end and a separate shallow children’s pool which sits to one side.
There are two covered terrace areas beside the pool where you can relax or dine, whilst enjoying the sea views, and a floodlit tennis court can be found at the front entrance of Villa Marivi.

The lower floor has a complete private spa with a 7.85×7.85m hexagonal indoor heated pool, small Kettler gym, sauna, steam room and a large Jacuzzi hot tub.
Your villa concierge would be happy to organise any manner of services; a masseuse, yoga or Pilates instructor, beauty or physical therapy professionals, or PT instructors, can all be booked to visit during your stay.
After your workout and pampering, there is a relaxation area with sofas and a bar. Why not have your chef prepare a delicious green juice whilst soaking up the sea views?
Villa Marivi’s living areas have been cleverly designed to offer intimate spaces for relaxing.
From the triple-height marble reception hall, you enter the south-facing formal living area on the main floor, which opens out to the wrap-around terrace.
This principal living area spans much of the ground floor and is divided into three relaxing areas; a cosy sitting room with TV and fireplace to the right, and a glamorous cocktail lounge-bar to the left with a piano and guitars which are there for your enjoyment.
Additionally, each of the seven-bedroom suites feature a private living area with sofa, TV and small dining.
The lower floor spa and wellness area features a lovely relaxation space and bar which opens out to the sunny terrace and gardens.
The formal dining room at Villa Marivi features an impressive dining table which comfortably seats 14+ guests and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, facing the sea.
French doors lead out to the terrace and a further outdoor dining area with seating for 8-10+ guests, plus a smaller table for four; perfect for children. Large groups can also be catered for with all guests seated together.
Each bedroom suite has a small dining table in the sitting room, and some have a small area with basic kitchen facilities.
There are plenty of places to enjoy lazy afternoons relaxing in the sun or under shade.
The terraces feature over-size living and dining furniture; sun beds can be found on the lower terrace and by the pool, and there are two covered terraces to each side of the manicured lawns both furnished for relaxing and dining.
Inside, entertainment can be found in a sound-proofed nine seater cinema room with snug armchair seating, a pool table, small gym and complete home spa.
A separate pool room is decorated with signed sports memorabilia.
All suites have a TV with international channels and streaming such as Netflix.
Finally, the private tennis court can be enjoyed at any time, day or night.
Principal Bedroom: Fit for royalty, the Marbella Suite is set on the top floor. It has two entrances and features an emperor-size bed (2x2m), high ceilings, full-length arch doors leading out to the top floor terrace with incredible sea and garden views, and a TV lift is hidden in the cabinet at the foot of the bed.
To the left side of the suite is a private sitting room and office area, which leads on to a bathroom with large walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC, and a VIP walk-in wardrobe/dressing area.
To the right of the suite, there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath, double washbasin and toilet, and a further dressing area/walk-in wardrobe.
Guest Bedroom 2: Also located on the top floor, is the Seville Suite, which features a private hallway leading into the accommodation, giving the feeling of having your own apartment within the villa.
The Seville Suite is furnished with an emperor-size bed (2x2m), wardrobes, a TV, and French doors lead out to the terrace with sun loungers, where you can soak up the sea and garden views.
The sitting room features a sofa and TV, and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a walk-in shower and bath. A separate WC can be found at the entrance to the suite.
Guest Bedroom 3: The final bedroom suite on the top floor is the Málaga Suite. The gorgeous turquoise colour scheme perfectly matches the hues of the blue sea and sky.
Furnished with an emperor-size bed (2x2m) which can also be laid as two single beds (1x2m), wardrobes, a TV and French doors leading to the terrace with a small table and seating.
The private sitting area is furnished with two sofas, a small dining table to seat four guests, and a further TV.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, separate bath, double washbasin, and WC.
Guest Bedroom 4: The Madrid Suite is located on the ground floor and has a separate private external entrance, as well as an internal entrance from the hallway.
Furnished with an Emperor size bed (2x2m), wardrobes, a small desk, and bed side cabinets. French doors from the bedroom lead out to a small terrace area with steps leading down to the garden.
The private sitting room features a sofa, armchair, TV, a dining table to seat six guests, and a cabinet kitchenette with sink, microwave, and kettle. There is also access to the terrace.
The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and bath, double washbasin, and WC.
Guest Bedroom 5: Situated on the ground floor next to the kitchen, Barcelona Suite is furnished with a zip and link Emperor-size bed (2x2m) which can be converted to two single beds (1x2m), wardrobes and a dressing table.
The bedroom doesn’t have access to the terrace, but there are French doors from the sitting room, which features a two-seater sofa, armchair, TV and a coffee table.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath, walk-in shower with shower seat and handrails (not accessible with wheelchair), double wash basins and a WC.
Guest Bedroom 6-8: The Granada Suite is situated on the lower floor and comprises three bedrooms which can be self-contained to form one complete family suite:
Granada Suite bedroom 1: Super-king size bed (180x2m), a wall of wardrobes and TV.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, single washbasin and a WC.
Granada Suite bedroom 2: Twin beds (105x2m each), wardrobes, a dressing table and armchair.

Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed (180x200m), wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets, and a TV. Walk out to patio and gardens.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bath, walk-in shower, single washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (105x2m each), dressing table, wardrobes and TV. Walk out to patio and gardens.

A separate sitting room is furnished with a sofa and armchair, dining table to seat four guests, cabinet kitchenette with sink, microwave, and kettle. French doors to terrace.
Notes: Families can shut off the ground floor bedrooms to create a small self-contained apartment, with separate entrances to the exterior of the villa. Cots and highchairs can be provided as needed.
Your rental includes daily housekeeping (seven days a week) to include clearing away after breakfast, bedrooms, bathrooms, and bins emptied, plus a linen and towel change every three days.
Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover things like after-meal clearing up, nightly turn-down, or personal laundry.
Your villa has a property manager on-site who can provide a pre-arrival shopping service, wine & drinks pre-stock and a concierge service is also available for making restaurant bookings, organising drivers or chefs, for example.
