Villa Malibu has everything you could wish for in the perfect Marbella villa, equally suited to families or couples.
As soon as you cross the bridge over the water garden and enter the house you begin to appreciate how lovely this designer villa is. Once through the front doors the house opens up like a chic and stylish oasis within its own private walls in this upmarket corner of Marbella.
The villa has been built like the perfect family home; A well considered pool with summer kitchen, spacious en-suite bedrooms, a ground floor suite for the grandparents and plenty of space for large families… the list goes on.
The outdoor play area, beach-style pool entrance (fenced on request) and cinema room will seal the deal for any children who come to stay, but this villa is equally as welcoming to couples and executives looking for a stylish escape from daily life… even if the high speed WiFi and mod-cons mean you can stay just as connected as you please.

Villa Malibu is modern and contemporary space which is full of light and space thanks to the clever design and thoughtful decor.
The villa consists of a spacious house with six bedrooms, accommodating up to ten adults and two children with ease.
Each bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom so all guest have complete privacy, and the principal suite also has a mini-gym and large wrap-around terrace overlooking the pool.
Families with small children will find bedrooms offer the ideal layout, with space for a cot if needed, and multi-generational holidays are easy thanks to the luxurious ground floor suite that opens out to the poolside, where Grandparents (or Mum and Dad!) can enjoy private space.
The modern kitchen has everything you need, with top of the range appliances and a dining table alongside, but the main dining space is chic and stylish, located in the summer room overlooking the pool and gardens.
This villa comes complete with high speed WiFi internet, Bang and Olufsen sound systems, Apple TV, and a cinema room with a selection of films provided for you and a DVD player.
This is an ideal villa for families with children but it fits perfectly in our Designer collection and couples travelling with friends will love it!
Palm tree-lined gardens and sparkling pool
The large private pool and whirlpool take centre-stage within beautiful flowering gardens that are well kept and welcoming.
The pool and gardens at Villa Malibu provide a wonderful oasis for relaxing summer days that all the family can enjoy.
Villa staff keep the gardens looking pristine with its tropical flowers, mature palms and a beautiful water garden at the entrance to the villa. While the lawns alongside the pool are a perfect play area for children and feature a fantastic climbing frame with slide to keep them amused for hours.
There is an outdoor summer room next to the pool which is a perfect spot for a shady afternoon with a good book or evening cocktails from the bar – it is fitted with a complete kitchen with full appliances, professional grade grill and dining space overlooking the pool. Don’t fancy cooking? Then call in our chefs who will whip up a grill or giant Paella in no time at all!
The swimming pool measures some 12×5 metres (heating available from April to October for a supplement) and has a beach-style entrance at one end which is fantastic for small children. We can even put up the pool fence for little ones if required.
Finally, there are 12 sunbeds so plenty for everyone, and there’s also a whirlpool alongside the pool available to use all year round… pass the Cava!

Living
The main living area has two main sections; the main sitting room is spacious and leads around to the kitchen and through to the summer room. There is a large TV and Bang & Olufsen provide the musical entertainment. Alongside this is the stylish poolside summer room with wall to wall glass giving a real “outside in” feeling of space and light.
Eating
There is a small dining area off the kitchen which is great for giving the children a quick snack, and the main dining area has a designer touch being in the summer room looking out to the pool. There is also a completely fitted outdoor dining room in the poolside summer house.
Relaxing
The private pool sits in the centre of the 2,500m2 plot and really is the star of the show, around which you will find plenty of sun beds for all the family. Children have a great play area with swings and climbing frame and the cinema room also has easy access to the poolside area.
The summer house at the far side of the pool has a complete fully fitted outdoor kitchen and grill, and dining suite seating 10, plus a small shower room.
Sleeping
There are a total of 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom;
Ground floor:
Large pool-side bedroom: with super king-size bed and full bathroom.
Double guest room: with king size bed (150x200cm) and en-suite shower room
First Floor:
Spacious principal suite: with super king-size bed (180x200cm), TV, bathroom and small gym. Leads out to a spacious balcony which extends the full width of the top floor of the villa and around the corner.

Our complimentary hamper is our way of welcoming you to Spain. We can also assist with local chefs or catering services who will come to the villa and cook up a feast for you and your guests.
Enjoy a full Argentian-style BBQ in the summer dining room, or have the chef cook a giant poolside paella while you relax with a G&T, they will even bring waiting staff for large groups and clean up afterwards!

The Family Collection
Villa Malibu offers an exceptional standard of accommodation. The villa enjoys an excellent location just 600m to the beach and upmarket beach club La Cabane at Los Monteros.
For families it is the perfect choice having a play area, garden, child-friendly pool (pool heating available*) outdoor kitchen/summer dining room and space for all the family.
This luxury villa is perfectly suited to families spending a holiday with generations as there are two ground floor suites and two bedrooms upstairs can be closed off creating a large family space. The children’s room is well thought out, being close to the parent’s room but with no balcony to worry about.
For friends travelling together there is plenty of space and privacy for up to five couples each having their own bedroom and bathroom, but please note this location will not permit loud parties that go into the night so we do not encourage hen and stag groups or similar.
For people with limited mobility there is a ground floor suite with level access to the pool and patios, however to access the villa itself you need to walk up a few steps just inside the main entrance. Once inside, the main facilities of the house are all on one level apart from three upstairs bedrooms.

Enjoy the local area
Just 600m from the beach, Villa Malibu is located in the beautiful upmarket suburb of Los Monteros in Marbella, neighbouring the prestigious hotel and standing side by side with mansions owned by glitterati neighbours.
At less than an hour from cultural capital Malaga and just 35 minutes transfer time from the airport, Villa Malibu gives you the best beach-side pad from which to enjoy the cultural delights of the Costa del Sol.
A gentle 10-minute stroll down the lane will take you to the upmarket beach club La Cabane and onto the sandy beach, and it’s just a couple of minutes drive into the centre of Marbella, the glamorous port of Puerto Banus.
For eating out there are several options within 2km in the hub of El Rosario, or Elviria and Las Chapas are just little further, and along the beach there is a mixture of family run “chiringuitos” serving up the fresh catch of the day, and chic beach bars like Trocadero Arena (5 minute drive) or Nikki Beach (8 minute drive) offering gourmet cuisine with a fusion of the Mediterranean and Asia. Of course there’s also plenty of choice in Marbella centre as well.
There’s plenty to do for families in Marbella and great day-trips too. You can easily visit charming white villages like Mijas and Benahavis, smaller harbours like Capopino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish feel. Further afield there’s the whole of Andalucian to explore where day trips or nights away are easily added into your itinerary.
Situated in on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella is a resort known widely for it’s glitz and glamour, but for those to choose to explore the area you will find plenty of Spanish culture and charm. The resort is renowned for its sunny climate that puts the “Sol” in Costa del Sol, and here we have mile upon mile of beaches, white villages, bustling shops and breath taking scenery, making it an ideal holiday destination for families and groups of friends alike.
In Marbella you will find something for all tastes, from world-class cuisine to characterful tapas bars, from local produce to designer labels, and from beach to breathtaking mountain walks.
