This is a home built for large families, for friends on holiday and for ample time together.
Walk through the newly landscaped and private gardens, and enter Villa Eivissa’s main home. Here, full-length windows send natural light bouncing off marble floors to illuminate modern décor and sun-splashed interiors: interiors that are both classical and cosy, sophisticated but welcoming.
The styling is classical Italy, with champagne-coloured drapes and plush sofas, an Italian claw-foot sideboard and classical Renaissance artwork, oversized mirrors and crackling fires. This is a home built for large families, for friends on holiday, and for ample time together.
Indeed, Villa Eivissa is exceptionally well equipped for special celebrations and family reunions with 7+1 bedrooms – one of the larger properties near Marbella and, occupying a double plot for added space, certainly one of the best equipped for entertainment, leisure and laughter.
The bedrooms are distributed over the main villa, annexe and guest house, with varied living and dining areas, relaxation nooks, and entertainment spaces. These three living spaces unite in the pool and gardens, which are quite stylish after a recent makeover. There’s even a modern fireplace and large-screen TV for cosy nights during cooler weather.

Here, 7+1 bedrooms, wall-to-wall glass, private gardens, ample terraces, and light-filled interiors open onto incredible views. And an entertainment deck, fitted with a vast infinity pool (heating available*), bubbling whirlpool, and LED lighting, offers the perfect space for sophisticated and special celebrations with friends and family.
And, for when you want a night out on the town, Villa Eivissa again delivers, this time with a location just minutes to beach clubs in Nikki Beach, East Marbella, and other hotspots for Spanish nightlife.
The main living space is very classical and relaxed, with full-width glass windows overlooking the garden. There is plenty of seating, even for large families, around the modern fireplace and TV.
At the far end of the main corridor, a second family lounge has a large-screen TV and looks out over the gardens and pool, while the guest house also has its own living room and TV.
The primary dining space blends with the living area on a raised platform above the formal sitting room. The Italian-style dining suite and décor are elegant, classical and tasteful. The dining room offers views out to the gardens.
The modern, sleek black kitchen offers granite worktops, double ovens, a 5-ring induction hob, American style fridge, and other premium appliances. There is a small breakfast bar with four stools, perfect for kids’ breakfasts.
In summer, dining is enjoyed outside by the pool where a large table can accommodate all the family in comfort.

Outdoors, mature landscaped gardens and lawns host a fish pond and large (20x15m) infinity pool. On cooler days, you’ll warm up in the 10-person Jacuzzi whirlpool. Ringing the pool, four oversize day beds, an Ibiza club-style bar, and 10+ day beds offer leisure and entertainment. LED pool lighting illuminates the space after dark.
There is gym equipment located on the terrace. A separate Jacuzzi terrace is located on the far side of the garden.
Bedroom 1: Ground-floor champagne coloured principal suite with super-king bed (210cm x 210cm). Large walk-in wardrobe and impressive en-suite marble bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and twin basins.
Bedroom 2: Ground-floor guest suite in centre of main corridor, with two single beds (can convert to super-king), white-and-grey contemporary décor. En-suite bathroom with separate spa shower and modern glass basin. Views to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 3: Ground-floor guest suite off main corridor; Versace-furnished bedroom with super-king bed, en-suite bathroom with spa shower and modern glass basin. Views to the rear of the property.
Bedroom 4: On main corridor adjacent to Versace room, small interior bedroom with twin beds and small shower room. Best suited to children.
Bedroom 5: The two-bedroom annexe is located on same level as the villa with its own entrance at the rear of the house. Bedroom 5 has twin beds (can convert to super-king) and a window to garden. Modern en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 6: Also in the annexe, bedroom 6 has a queen bed and a modern en-suite tiled shower room.
Bedroom 7: Located in the separate Guest House below the pool/garden and detached from the main house. Brand-new guest suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Bedroom 7 has a queen bed (200 x 150 cm) and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 8: Also located in the separate guest house, bedroom 8 has twin beds and en-suite shower room.

Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change once a week plus additional light housekeeping in 1 or 2 visits during the week. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry, and we can also source live-in maids if required.

With 7+1 bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for large extended families including a separate annexe and a Guest House for those who enjoy ‘me time’ too, but the 900m2 (9,690 ft2) of living space means you are certainly never under each other’s feet.
When the summer sun gets high, kids can cool off with a game of Pool or family movie in the lounge, while in winter the heated Jacuzzi means you can still pack your bikini!
The infinity pool can also be heated for a supplement, making this villa the ideal choice for shoulder-season getaways.

Villa Eivissa is located in the luxury suburb of Elviria to the East of Marbella, close to some excellent beach clubs, small commercial developments and unspoiled beaches lined with sand dunes edging the cool Mediterranean Sea.
A gentle 20 minute stroll will take you to the nearest private beach club at Estrella de Mar, or a short drive away in the car you can choose from upmarket beach clubs like La Cabane at Los Monteros or Nikki Beach just 3km away – feel free to ask our Guest Experience Team for the best tables and beds.
For eating out, one our favourite spots is Capopino – a gorgeous boutique harbour lined with Spanish and international restaurants. Or visit La Cala which is enjoying a new lease of life thanks to recent restaurant openings and a fantastic beach front that retains a Spanish vibe.
And of course in the other direction you can also enjoy Marbella and Puerto Banus for a bigger, more glitzy affair. There are several more options just minutes away in the hubs of El Rosario, Elviria and Las Chapas, and along the beach there is a mixture of family run ‘chiringuitos’ serving up the fresh catch of the day, and chic beach bars like Trocadero Arena offering gourmet cuisine with a fusion of the Mediterranean and Asia.
Elviria is a popular spot in the mid point of the Costa del Sol, so from here you can easily visit typical white villages like Mijas and Benahavis, smaller harbours like Capopino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe and some seriously upmarket new restaurants worth checking out.
