An impressive triple-height entrance hall awaits, with pristine white walls, cream marble floor and designer chandelier. The sweeping double staircase and glass balcony create an immediate sense of space and grandeur.
The magnificent sitting room has a high vaulted ceiling so you can enjoy spacious living suffused with Mediterranean light all year round. You will be drawn to the 270-degree views of the spectacular gardens, pools, and down to the sea, all framed by huge mahogany sliding doors.
Foodies will adore the amply-sized main kitchen is a fitted Smallbone Walnut and Silver, imported from the UK, with state-of-the-art design and equipment – a pleasure to cook in, luxurious to match the high standard of this superb villa, but also warm and homely.
Sleek stainless-steel appliances include a double oven and side-by-side fridge freezer with ice dispenser, ideal for parties – all by professional brands, Wolf and Sub Zero. We chose the name “Paraiso” for this villa because once outside, that’s just how it feels – You are surrounded by 8000m2 of beautiful landscape design, offering maximum privacy and a peaceful, lush paradise for relaxing and enjoying the warm Mediterranean sun. The grounds feature immaculate sloping lawns, exotic palms, mature mountain pines and tropical flowers.

Paraiso de Camojan is possibly one of the best-equipped villas in Marbella, offering plenty to keep all ages and both sexes happily entertained at any time of year. In the basement of the villa you will find a self-contained leisure and entertainment suite complete with cinema, bar, casino tables, music and a professional standard private spa and gym.
The sound-proofed cinema room, with plush velvet-red walls, has a massive screen with a state-of-the-art surround-sound system; just add popcorn for the perfect evening in!
Next door is the cocktail bar with games room, where teenagers will probably hole up for the week, or the guys can enjoy some bonding time with their friends. Try your hand around the casino-style poker table, select your tunes on the Jukebox, or burn some energy with the full-size arcade games. There’s also a wall-mounted TV, contemporary-clubby armchairs and sofas, and a fully equipped bar with stools… Just add the Martinis, shaken of course!
And if instead you feel like completely switching off and disconnecting, then its time to indulge and de-stress in the villa’s own private spa area, with large indoor heated pool, cold plunge pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, massage-room, walk-in shower, and a complete home gym with the latest equipment. The main living area is located on the ground floor with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the grounds; the main sitting room is spacious and leads directly out to the summer terrace lined with cream sofas, and outdoor kitchen and views to the sea.
There is a second lounge downstairs in the bar, and an outdoor lounge outside in the poolside chiringuito at the bottom of the garden, making this an ideal villa for both summer living and cosy winter breaks. A lift serves all floors.
Adjacent to the lounge, the main indoor dining room has seating for 8+, and next to that is the light-filled breakfast kitchen which has additional seating for 6. Outside on the main terrace is a further dining area for 8 with an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sea views. In total the villa can hold up to 200 guests for outdoor cocktails and canapes, making it the ideal venue for a summertime destination wedding in Spain.
The private infinity pool sits on the upper level of over 8,000m2 of landscaped gardens, then one level below this you will find the lagoon-style pool and a waterfall cascade, with a hidden summer lounge, the “Chiringuito”, with a bar.
The private SPA is located in the lower ground floor of the villa and contains the heated pool, a treatment room, sauna, Turkish bath and a cold plunge pool. There is also a fully equipped gym and showers adjacent to the SPA.
Finally, the entertainment area is also in the lower ground floor and consists of cinema, next door to a cocktail bar with poker lounge.

A gentle two minute hop in a car will take you to the upmarket area of Marbella’s Gold Mile, lined with designer shops and bordered by sandy beaches, and it’s just a couple of minutes drive to the glamorous port of Puerto Banus.
For eating out you are spoiled for choice within a 2km round trip, from Michelin-grade dining at the likes of the Hotel Puente Romano or Melia Don Pepe, to stylish out-of-town hot spots for a night of food and entertainment. Along the beach there is a mixture of family run “chiringuitos” serving up the fresh catch of the day, while chic beach bars like the Ocean Club offer gourmet cuisine with a taste of the Mediterranean.
