On the entrance (ground) level there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with wall-to-wall sliding doors which open out to the terrace and garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space.
The cool and contemporary sitting room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs and a modern two-level coffee table. There is no TV here as you are encouraged to switch off during your stay (the TV sets are, instead, in 3 of the bedrooms)
A tree trunk feature piece lends a natural feel to the space, and we love the striking Spanish artwork that hangs above the sofa.

Take your pick from dining spaces at Villa Solei. The ground floor living space features a compact but fully equipped L-shaped kitchen with a Siemens oven, De Longhi coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, sink, microwave, kettle and toaster.
An oval dining table seats 6-8 guests and features striking smoked glass lighting. A further four-seater dining table sits out on the terrace. It’s positioned so that group meals can be spread over the two tables without feeling separated. Adults on one, children on the other?
Upstairs on the solarium roof terrace there is a 10-seat dining table with an integrated BBQ grille for Teppanyaki-style dining. This is the place to enjoy a relaxing meal with the shimmering sunset in the background.
A kitchen prep area with fridge allows you to prepare simple meals, or to marinade your ingredients before they sizzle on the BBQ.
There is a separate service kitchen downstairs (which can be used as a staff kitchen/utility room). Equipped with a hob, dishwasher, sink, fridge, freezer, washing machine and separate dryer.

Light Housekeeping
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus additional light housekeeping in 2 visits during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up). Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry.
