Villa Sirenique

Villa Sirenique’s main house features a split-level ground floor living room ranged with bespoke designer pieces such as sumptuous velvet couches, a handsome gold-flecked coffee table and an impressive, vaulted ceiling with a unique, isometric design. Three Moroccan-arched floor-to-ceiling windows on the far wall display views of the gardens, palm trees and sea.

The second section of the lounge is given over to a spacious seating area with Ottoman, sofa, beanbag, armchairs, TV and large, marble-fronted fireplace. The living room features various examples of contemporary art, including a wall of original Picassos painted on Terracotta.

Villa Sirenique’s main house features a bright and airy dining room with two walls of windows displaying the interior courtyard.

Statement pieces in this room include a bespoke, Mother-of-Pearl table with seating for 18 and intricately patterned vaulted ceiling hung with designer chandeliers.

Located alongside is an additional dining space with an 8-seater table, housed within a quirky, octagon shaped dome typical of the architect.

Villa Sirenique offers two large reception rooms with comfortable sofas, armchairs and beanbags perfect for communal downtime. There’s even a full-sized piano, table football and air hockey further entertainment be required.

Those looking to maintain fitness during their stay can make use of the spacious home gym, which features free weights, a Pilates machine, elliptical trainer and treadmill. Post-workout relaxation is provided courtesy of the home spa with its sauna and shower, while movie evenings can be enjoyed in the plush home theatre next door.

15 bedrooms are distributed between the main house, guest house and pool house meaning everybody is afforded their own privacy.

Principal Bedroom 1: Located on ground floor of main house. Large double with King-sized bed (200cm x 200 cm), chaise lounge, projector, TV, large walk-in wardrobe and sliding doors revealing views of garden and sea. The spacious en-suite bathroom offers marble floors and designer mirrors, and features a sunken tub with sea views, a dressing table and chair and a separate WC and walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom 2: Located alongside principal suite on ground floor. Good sized double featuring Queen-Sized bed (180cm x 190cm), desk and chair and double windows with garden views. Designer en-suite bathroom with sleek marble finish with uplighting, sunken tub, and walk-in rain shower

Guest Bedroom 3: Located on ground floor at far end of corridor. Bedroom still retains original style and features a King-Sized bed (200cm x 200cm) with ornate, carved headboard, and plush cream carpet. The en-suite bathroom has a traditional marble finish, and offers a bath, walk-in shower and WC.

Guest Bedroom 4: Located on first floor of main house this compact double is traditional in style and features garden views and a double bed (135cm x 190cm) on a thick cream rug. The shared bathroom has a marble finish and contains a bathtub, walk-in shower and separate WC.

Guest Bedroom 5: A traditional double featuring a King sized bed (200cm x 200cm) with ornate wooden headboard, arranged on patterned rug. Bathroom shared with bedroom 4 (see above)

Guest Bedroom 6: Located to side of main house, only accessible through separate garden entrance or via gym. Good sized double with Queen-sized bed (180cm x 190cm) on a thick grey rug with two mustard-coloured ottomans at foot. Sliding doors give access to private patio with garden views. Features modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom 7: Twin room with 2 single beds (90cm x 190cm), which can be joined to make a double if necessary, arranged on thick sage rug. Walk-in wardrobe and modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guest House Bedroom 8: First bedroom in Guest House. Large double with Moroccan style hanging lamps and statement wallpaper. Queen-Sized bed (180cm x 190cm), writing desk and chair and generously proportioned walk-in wardrobe. Views of garden and sea. Guest House Bedroom 9: Second bedroom in guesthouse. Recently upgraded, stylish family suite with large principal bedroom featuring King-Sized bed (200cm x 200cm) and projector and TV. Pool House Bedroom 15: Located in pool-house. Features sofa bed with 140cm wide mattress and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING

Your rental includes daily housekeeping (7 days a week) plus a linen and towel change once every 3 days. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover things like after-meal clearing up, nightly turn-down, or personal laundry.

BREAKFAST LAY-OUT SERVICE

Your breakfast can be laid out each morning, with assistance from your housekeeper to serve and clear away. Some light cooking may also be requested. A menu will be provided before you travel so you can select options for the first 2 days* The food bill should be settled locally on arrival, then your remaining days’ choices can be discussed with your housekeeper on arrival.
