Villa Ibizenco is a sleek and stylish luxury villa in Marbella sleeping 14. Designed to maximise elevated sea views and blend indoor-outdoor living for all-year-round Zen.
Packed with features like outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub, games zone, gym and steam room, no matter what time of year you plan to travel, this is a perfect space for fun times together.
Laid-Back Living in the glamorous Suburbs of East Marbella
If you have a taste for luxury, sleek design and fabulous sea views, then Villa Ibizenco is the house for you.
The airy, light-filled spaces of the house’s chic interior melt into sweeping outdoor terraces and large sun decks – surrounded on all sides by unobstructed views of the glimmering Med.
On the ground floor of the house are 4 generous sized en-suite bedrooms, opening off a light-filled corridor and entrance hall.
Upstairs on the first floor is an open-plan entertainment space with bar, plus the achingly cool master suite with jaw-dropping views and a fabulous en-suite bathroom that has to be seen to be believed.
Leading off a modern, designer kitchen you will find the downstairs leisure space, which comes with a steam room and adjoining shower, indoor pool (heating available*) and a well-equipped gym.
If you can drag yourself away from these gorgeous interiors, Villa Ibizenco has plenty on offer outside, too. The house is encircled by immaculate gardens filled with tropical flowers, centring around a dazzling swimming pool split over two levels.
In the lower section of the garden, there is a hot-tub with sea views, plus a completely self-contained apartment with 4 single beds, kitchen, living-diner and a bathroom – perfect for grandparents or friends of the family.
Villa Ibizenco’s understated yet eminently stylish design perfectly achieves its purpose: to let the incredible views speak for themselves.
From almost every position in the villa, you are treated to endless vistas of glittering Mediterranean sea and blank blue sky, with the fronds of palm trees jostling for position in the foreground.
Wall-to-wall windows of gleaming glass also ensure the villa is flooded with sunlight, creating a relaxed, feel-good ambience throughout the house.
The pared-back decor and elegant furnishings succeed in further enhancing this serene vibe.
This is especially apparent in the bedrooms: soothing spaces decorated in neutral tones with comfortable king-sized beds and high ceilings.
The bathrooms are far from an afterthought in Villa Ibizenco and have been designed with the same dedication to style and luxury as the rest of the house.
Deep, free-standing tubs encircled with floor-to-ceiling windows are teamed with ceiling-mounted, walk-in rain showers, ultra-modern LED up-lighting and chic black-and-white accents.
The downstairs leisure space is a nice addition to an already spacious house. After a session in the gym – equipped with a cross-trainer, running machine, free weights and multi gym – sweat out some toxins in the steam room before cooling off in the indoor pool.
Then it’s upstairs into the designer kitchen to pour yourself a juice at the breakfast bar while contemplating the sea views – the epitome of laid back, Ibiza style living.
Villa Ibizenco has been designed to ensure that indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly into one – an effect that is effortlessly achieved through its masterful use of outside space.
Large sliding doors open off the kitchen and hallway onto a wrap-around sun-deck ranged with elegant loungers and parasols, set against a vivid backdrop of treetops, sea and sky.
The piece-de-resistance of this ground-floor terrace is a magnificent, 10 x 5m infinity pool which cascades down a glittering, black-tiled wall into a smaller pool beneath.
Also to be found on this level is a large outdoor dining space, complete with 12 seater table, gas BBQ and bar area.
Located on a separate, elevated platform is a chill-out zone with stylish outdoor sofas centred around a large table with a fire pit, set against a backdrop of palm trees and iridescent sea.
A flight of wooden steps curves down to the lower level garden, where the second part of the infinity pool is located, along with the hot-tub.
The manicured gardens are impeccably maintained and feature bright beds of geranium flowers, glossy leaved banana trees and soaring palms.
Accessed by a separate entrance from the lower section of the garden, is a completely self-contained apartment with 4 single beds, kitchen, living-diner and a bathroom – perfect for grandparents or friends of the family.
A super-modern and bright living area extends across the first floor in a spacious open-plan layout surrounded by wall-to-wall sea views.
Further space for relaxation is provided by a stylish, chaise-lounge and velvet-upholstered grey bench occupying a windowed alcove overlooking the front garden.
The first-floor lounge also benefits from a chic glass-topped bar and a separate WC and opens up onto a spacious sun-deck with outdoor sofas via sliding windowed doors.
Leading off the kitchen downstairs is a well-proportioned living-diner with a large U-shaped sofa, TV with surround sound, and a plush, mustard-coloured rug.
High ceilings mean this room is spacious and airy, and it is filled with bright sunlight thanks to two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Guests using the apartment can also enjoy a small living space with dining table leading out to the lower garden.
The open plan dining room contains a large table in dark wood flanked by eight straight-backed chairs, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows displaying views of driveway and gardens.
There is plenty of space for al-fresco dining on the sun terrace next to the kitchen, where steps lead up to a 12-seater dining table and BBQ area with bar.
The modern designer kitchen is located in a spacious, oblong-shaped room with walls of windows opening onto the terrace.
The focal point of the kitchen is a long, central island topped with pale wood which has a built-in breakfast bar at one end with four white stools.
There is a separate corner unit with a toaster, Philips Nespresso machine, kettle and mug warmer.
The kitchen also comes equipped with two wall-mounted ovens (plus an additional Siemens oven installed in the central unit), Gaggenau wine fridge, tow large stainless steel fridge-freezers and an electric hotplate.
The large infinity pool takes centre stage on the ground floor sun-deck and is surrounded by sun loungers and stylish parasols.
On an elevated platform above the open-air dining space is a chill-out zone with far-reaching sea views and comfy outdoor sofas. There is also a table with in-built fire pit which can be switched on as darkness falls.
The downstairs leisure space provides ample opportunity for relaxation with a steam room, heated indoor pool and a well-equipped gym with TV.
There is a large living room on the ground floor with a TV and surround sound – perfect for low-key film nights.
When you’re in the mood for a party, the spacious, open-plan living space on the first floor provides a perfect backdrop.
Turn up the tunes as you mix a cocktail behind the bar surrounded by views of the Med.
Alternatively, pop a bottle outside on the large terrace as you watch the sun set over the sea, or take your glass down to the bottom garden and slip into the Jacuzzi.
There are a total of five bedrooms in the main house, all of which are en-suite. The apartment annexe is located in the lower garden below the pool with its own access.

Guest Feedback
Villa Ibizenco is beautiful inside and outside with everything we could have needed. We Loved the sea and garden views and the house was immaculately clean and well equipped. The upstairs main bedroom and separate lounge area with huge terrace was especially stunning.
We loved having the 2 pools and the table tennis room, gym and bbq area. The Villa was perfect for 12 people , whether groups of friends or families.
The concierge arranged a food shop for us before we arrived and some balloons on arrival for a special occasion , and provided additional cleaning during our stay at our request. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly , as was the housekeeper. We did have a slight problems with a toilet but they arranged a plumber within a couple of hours who promptly fixed it.
You did need a car as nothing was within walking distance, however plenty of parking available and we found Ubers there very reliable when we didn't want to drive
I would definitely recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend using The Luxury Villa Collection again in future.

Family Summer Holiday
LVC were very helpful from initial enquiry through to the end of the stay. The villa was incredible and exactly as described on the website and in the pictures. They put us in touch with the villa manager/housekeeper who was able to organise a food shop for us upon arrival as well as arrange for some deliveries to be made to the villa on day of arrival as a surprise for my wife who's birthday we were celebrating. Would recommend.

Villa Ibizenco is located in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Hacienda Las Chapas just a few minutes to the east of Marbella. This sophisticated neighbourhood is close to some excellent beach clubs, small commercial developments and unspoiled beaches lined with sand dunes edging the cool Mediterranean.
A couple of minutes drive via the underpass will take you directly onto the unspoiled and uncrowded beach at Marbesa, or you can choose from upmarket beach clubs like La Cabane at Los Monteros or Nikki Beach in Elviria – feel free to ask our Concierge for the best tables and beds.
Nearest Airport: Malaga, 40km (29 minute drive)
Favourite Beach: Cabopino, 2.7km or Playa de Calahonda, 2.8km
Supermarket: Supersol, at the bottom of the road in walking distance, or Mercadona 4.5km
Restaurants: Several within 2.2km/5-10 minute drive.
Golf: Close to both Santa Maria Golf (3.2km) and Cabopino Golf (3.4km)
Nightlife: Several beach bars close by and Nikki Beach 3.1km away, Puerto Banus 18 minutes in a taxi
For eating out, one of our favourite spots is Cabopino which is a gorgeous boutique port lined with Spanish and international restaurants, all stylish enough for discerning clients. And of course, in the other direction, you can also enjoy restaurants in Marbella and Puerto Banus for a bigger, more glitzy affair. There are several more options just minutes away in the hubs of El Rosario, Elviria and Las Chapas, and along the beach, there’s a mixture of family-run ‘chiringuitos’ serving up the fresh catch of the day, and chic beach bars like Trocadero Arena offering gourmet cuisine with a fusion of the Mediterranean and Asia.
Hacienda Las Chapas is a perfect spot in the midpoint of the Costa del Sol, so from here you can easily visit typical white villages like Mijas and Benahavis, smaller harbours like Cabopino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe and some seriously upmarket new restaurants worth checking out.
In Marbella you’ll find something for all tastes – from world-class cuisine and characterful tapas bars, to designer labels and local brands, via beautiful beaches and breathtaking mountain walks.
Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean, Marbella is famous for its glitz and glamour, but there’s also no shortage of Spanish charm, culture and character. The resort is renowned for its sunny climate that puts the ‘Sol’ in Costa del Sol, and here we have mile upon mile of beaches, white villages, bustling shops and breathtaking scenery, making it an ideal holiday destination for both families and groups of friends.
To explore a little further afield you’re an easy 40-minute drive from Malaga old town, about 20 minutes from Mijas Pueblo, and an hour and a half from the breathtaking town of Ronda or a day out with a difference in Gibraltar. Our expert tour guides can also collect you for a door-to-door escorted tour of the cities of Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Malaga or a tailor-made gourmet tapas tour of old town Marbella – a perfect way to get to know the hidden side to this gorgeous town.
