Villa Elisa

The large, open plan living room at Villa Elisa features glass doors overlooking the sun terrace, displaying dazzling views of the pool and garden. In the summer months, these can be rolled back to let the breeze flow in and allow indoors and outdoors to blend seamlessly together.

The top quality, L-shaped grey sofa provides a comfortable spot to recline with a book or watch a film on the wall-mounted, 80″ TV which comes complete with international channels, Netflix and Apple TV.

Villa Elisa’s stylish, contemporary kitchen features a sleek central island perfect for food prep and service and comes complete with a range of high-spec amenities such as a La Conrue 5-ring gas burner and hotplate, double oven, rotisserie grill and wine fridge.

The kitchen also offers a stainless steel fridge-freezer, coffee maker and juicer and high-quality burnished copper frying pans and saucepans.

The breakfast bar with its elegant cream leather stools is the perfect spot to sip on a morning smoothie or hang out in the evenings with a glass of wine while dinner is prepared.

Outside on the covered terrace, there is a fully-equipped exterior kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and large gas BBQ and poolside dining, ideal for candlelit dinners on warm summer evenings.

When it comes to relaxing, Villa Elisa has all bases covered. Its designated spa-room comes complete with soft white towels and a professional massage table, which can also be moved outside in the warmer weather should guests wish to indulge in a poolside treatment.

The pool itself measures 14.5 m x 4.5 m and is 1.45m deep. Complimentary heating means it can be enjoyed year-round, while the swimming jets can turn a gentle dip into a workout, should the swimmer so desire.

The brand new Finnish designer Drop Spa comfortably has space for eight.

Luxurious loungers are arranged across the manicured lawns for sunbathing poolside, but for those desirous to avoid the sun the villa also offers a large covered sun terrace with wicker sofas – ideal for siestas in the shade.

Bedroom 5: Newly upgraded, located from inside the house or also having direct access from outside, and up a curving white staircase, bedroom 5 is ideal for staff members or older children.

A large, bright, attic-style space with a vaulted ceiling and windows on both sides displaying views of garden and street respectively. The space’s living area features two standing desks and space for meetings with a sectional sofa and a Frame TV. Custom wardrobes built in. Two queen-sized (150cm) beds.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING

Your rental includes a daily housekeeping service if required, plus regular gardening and pool maintenance. A bedlinen and towel change will take place twice a week.

Extra housekeeping, personal laundry or babysitting can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

Private Chef

Included in the villa rental is a private chef offering 20 hours per week. This can be used for daily breakfasts plus 2-3 other meals per week. Please note that ingredients are payable locally upon arrival and a shopping service is also available.

The chef can be at your disposal from Mon-Fri and can cook for up to 12 people. Additional chef hours can be arranged once the 20 hours have been utilised, or to provide additional services at the weekend*

All of our villas have a convenient stock-cupboard, with a starter supply of the essential household items you might need for a comfortable stay.

Complete Villa Pre-stock Service

A complete villa provisioning service is available so you can just arrive and relax. Our Guest Experience Team will assist with making your order before you travel, with a payment made on account and adjusted at the end of your stay.

Mid-Week Shopping

A mid-week top up service is also available via your chef who will work with you to plan your menus, with goods and time paid for locally.

Complimentary Itinerary Planning

Every booking includes around 3 hours of itinerary planning before you travel (more complex itineraries can be organised for a fee to cover extended hours).  As a guide, 3 hours is usually enough to help with your airport transfers and car hire, a chef service for a special meal, and to help you plan and book one day out.
