Two steps down from the entrance hall take you to the main living space where you first encounter those sensational uninterrupted golf course views.
The living space runs parallel along the full width of the villa with a central formal living room featuring a luxuriously plump L-shaped sofa facing a large wall-mounted TV.
To the right, there is a cosy sitting room with sofa and fireplace, where you can curl up with a book or browse one of the owner’s glorious fashion, music or art hardbacks.
The outdoor decked terraces provide further summer living space with a covered daybed, hammock and rattan sofas and armchairs to choose from.
The top-grade kitchen offers plenty of prep-space, with two central islands with brushed steel integrated cabinets: one features an integrated wok and hob, and the other doubles up as a breakfast bar.
Top-of-the-line Miele appliances include an oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, barista-style coffee machine and a wine cooler.
The outdoor kitchen is equally as impressive with a professional gas BBQ, double oven, gas hob, sink, wine cooler, and a fridge.

Guest Bedroom 4: To the left of the first-floor landing, guest bedroom four features a plush cream carpet and double aspect front and south-facing windows.

Guest Bedroom 5: Ground floor bedroom, located to the right of the main entrance and furnished with a queen-size (150cm) bed, single fitted wardrobe, a two-seater sofa, set of drawers, a stylish Barcelona chair, and a wall-mounted TV.

Housekeeping included
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus additional light housekeeping in 2 visits during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up). Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry.
