Villa Kyssa’s spacious living room is located on the ground floor, accessed via a ‘floating’ designer staircase. An entire wall of south-facing floor to ceiling window reveals spectacular views of sea and sky.

One area of the space is given over to a bar and stylish integrated fireplace, while the other contains a chill-out area with family-sized sofa and a wall mounted TV with international channels.

The room’s glass doors can be rolled back to provide access to large sun terrace, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

Villa Kyssa features a sleek modern kitchen equipped with a range of Miele appliances such as oven, electric hotplate with integrated extractor fan and coffee machine.

Sparkling and still mineral water is available on tap thanks to a state-of-the-art filter system.

Meals can be enjoyed either at the 8-seater table in the open plan living room or outside on the terrace with its panoramic sea views.

The terrace also features a Weber gas BBQ, perfect for evening grilling with the waves as your soundtrack.

Villa Kyssa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. Start your day with a dip in the private pool, followed by a leisurely breakfast on one of the three terraces.

Later, settle down with a book in the airy living room, or head to the foot of the garden and enjoy a picnic on flat rocks jutting into the sea.

As evening falls, unwind in the rooftop jacuzzi under the stars or explore nearby restaurants and bars – only a five-minute walk from the villa.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING

Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus additional light housekeeping in 2 visits during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up).

Additional housekeeping hours may be available to book and pay for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up, extra linen changes or personal laundry.

Every booking includes around 3 hours of itinerary planning before you travel (more complex itineraries can be organised for a fee to cover extended hours).  As a guide, 3 hours is usually enough to help with your airport transfers and car hire, a chef service for a special meal, and to help you plan and book one day out.

GETTING AROUND

To help you get the very best from your stay at this villa, our Guest Experience Team would be happy to assist with transfers, car hire or private guides to show you the best of the area.

Villa Kyssa has a privileged position right on the sea shore so it is possible to access the sea and a small beach directly from the villa, but the path is rocky so care must be taken. An alternative beach access is also available just 250m walk away.

Children should be supervised closely around the pool, hot tub and on the lower terrace.
