The light-filled open-plan living space is distributed between a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, and opens out completely to the covered dining terrace on one side and the sunny terrace and pool on the lateral.
The room features a part double-height ceiling and a floating staircase to the first-floor principal bedroom, which maximises the feeling of space on the ground level. The sitting room is furnished with an L-Shaped sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, gas feature fireplace, cabinets and lamps.
The indoor dining space features a round solid wood dining table with seating for eight guests and just outside on the terrace, there is a further eight-seater long table.
The indoor kitchen is compact but fully equipped and features an island with an integrated hob and a two-stool breakfast bar.
Outside is a kettle BBQ and handy drinks cooler, plus prep space for enjoying dining outdoors.
The enclosed ground floor patio wraps around most of the house with poolside seating, plus an additional sun-bathing area with four poolside sun beds and a clean artificial grass underfoot.
The covered lounge terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and if you’re staying in the principal suite on the first floor, you can also enjoy coffee on your private terrace with just a glimpse of the sea in the background!
Casa Mara is an easy-going villa, connect the Bluetooth speaker in the living room, put on your favourite summer tunes and chill by the pool.
Principal Bedroom 1:
The principal bedroom occupies the entire first (top) floor. At the top of the stairs, there is a little sitting/reading area with a comfortable armchair, a wall of integrated wardrobes, a large mirror and a cosy rug.
The bedroom itself is furnished with a super-king-size (180cm) bed, two bedside tables, wall-mounted TV, a standard lamp and further louvre door wardrobe. Terrace doors lead out to a wraparound balcony.
The open en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainforest shower, WC and bidet cubicle, double washbasin and towel hanger.
Guest Bedroom 2:
Located to the right of the hallway on the ground floor, bedroom two is furnished with a queen-size (150cm) bed, integrated wardrobes, two bedside shelves, and long wall mirror.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainforest shower, single washbasin, WC and bidet.
Guest Bedroom 3:
Located to the left of the hallway on the ground floor, bedroom three features a vaulted ceiling and is furnished with a queen-size (150cm) bed, a quirky chest of drawers, two bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, a small mirror and patio doors which give access to the entrance courtyard.
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainforest shower, double washbasin, and WC. This bathroom can also be accessed from the entrance hallway and can be used as a guest toilet.
Guest Bedroom 4:
Located at the end of the ground floor hallway, bedroom four is furnished with a king-size (160cm) bed, a wall of integrated wardrobes, dressing table cabinet with a bench chair and mirror above, a stand-up mirror and patio doors which give access to the entrance courtyard.
Light Housekeeping
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus additional light housekeeping in 2 visits during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up). Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry.

Our professional villa chefs can showcase the best local ingredients or cook favourite international dishes for you and your guests. (At Casa Mara this is a service we particularly recommend for your convenience due to the limited space in the kitchen.)
