Accessed via a stylish floating staircase leading down from the first floor, Villa Kianga’s spacious living room is luminous and airy thanks to two walls of full-length windows.

The space is bisected by a sleek unit containing 2 Smart TVs, concealed with a discreet wooden cabinet, while the family-sized sofas provide a cosy spot for movie nights.

Direct access to the pool and gardens is permitted via sliding glass doors, which can be rolled back to provide a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Villa Kianga’s spacious lower-ground floor features an open plan, contemporary kitchen with stylish wooden cabinets and a central island. Equipment includes a wine fridge, Gaggenau oven and induction plate with marble backsplash, a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, alongside a full range of amenities.

Feeding off the kitchen, the bright and airy dining room contains a 12-seater table overhung with elegant, bespoke light fittings. Floor to ceiling windows display views of a leafy side garden and palm trees, making it an idyllic spot to enjoy breakfast or a candlelit dinner.

Outside, there is additional poolside dining under shade for summer al-fresco evenings.

Daily Housekeeping

Your rental includes daily light housekeeping (6 days a week), plus a mid-week towel change, with a complete full clean and linen change every 7 days (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up) .

Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover things like after-dinner clearing up, or personal laundry.

Guests staying at private Villa Kianga can access the Finca Cortesin facilities as an external client. Reservations can be made for the restaurants, beach club, spa & fitness and golf before you arrive and are always subject to availability, so early booking is recommended.
