Tradition, PRACTICALITY and Comfort Combined

If you’re a lover of all things classic and refined, then Villa Luciano is bound to appeal. The 5-bedroom villa unfolds majestically over three floors, thoughtfully decorated in a traditional Spanish style with a focus on comfort and quality.

Should you need to catch up on work while you’re away, Villa Luciano offers a range of homeworking spaces including a large office on the lower ground floor and writing desks in all bedrooms.

The villa also has ample outdoor space for you to enjoy the Costa del Sol’s fantastic climate from – including open-air chillout zones, an exterior kitchen with BBQ and an inviting private swimming pool.

If you can bear to separate yourself from the pool, Marbella’s pretty town centre and kilometres of golden sanded beaches are located a 10-minute drive away from the villa, along with a diverse range of shops, bars and excellent restaurants.

So whether you’re looking to work or play – or even a bit of both – Villa Luciano has everything you need for an idyllic family holiday in the exclusive hills of Marbella.

The interiors of Villa Luciano are a homage to quality and good taste. Everything has been chosen with consideration: from the luxurious cotton sheets to the elegantly understated furniture.

Upon entering the house you will find yourself in a circular entrance hall – the standout feature of which is a central skylight channelling sunlight onto the floor below.

Opening off the entrance hall is a classic, country-style kitchen with cream cupboards and marble-topped units, giving way to a formal dining area looking out over a sun-dappled courtyard.

The spacious living room adheres to a traditional Spanish style with ornate design touches such as a ceiling chandelier, warm terracotta floor tiles, and a handsome mahogany desk.

Leading off the lounge is a cosy reading room with well-stocked bookshelves and a comfy sofa – the perfect place to curl up with a book and a glass of wine of an evening.

Villa Luciano’s bedrooms are distributed between three floors, ensuring the entire family is granted space and privacy.

On the first floor – surrounding a quirky central gallery – are three bedrooms, including the pàlatial principal suite with its luxurious en-suite bathroom and sea views, plus two good-sized twin rooms which share a large bathroom.

Downstairs on the ground floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The fifth bedroom – also a double – is situated on the lower ground floor along with the home office and large entertainment room.

This cosy chill-out den comes complete with a plush, shag-pile carpet, family-sized sofa and a TV. It’s the perfect place to kick-back and watch a film or enjoy a fun family board-game night.

Villa Luciano’s comfortable outdoor areas are designed to make the most of the Mediterranean’s year-round sunshine and ambient temperatures.

Leading off the living room to the rear of the house is a covered terrace with a decorative exterior fireplace and ample seating space.

This terrace opens up onto the neatly trimmed lawn and large swimming pool, behind which is a pretty, shaded pergola with further seating.

To the side of the house is a paved, outdoor kitchen area complete with large gas BBQ, fridge, sink, dishwasher and family-sized table – perfect for lazy lunches or evening grill sessions.

There is also Table Tennis and a basketball net to keep the more active members of the family entertained.

The manicured lawns are granted privacy thanks to rows of closely planted fir trees at their perimeters, and some relief from the summer sun is provided by the dappled shade of a huge tree with glossy green foliage.

Also to be found in the gardens are lemon and olive trees, plus a vivid pink bougainvillaea bush patterning the wall above the open-air kitchen – a splash of vibrant colour synonymous with the south of Spain.

Enjoy the local area

Villa Luciano is located in the exclusive suburbs of Sierra Blanca, on a quiet, leafy street lined with stunning villas. While the beach is technically within walking distance (about 30 minutes to the Golden Mile) “everything” Marbella is a few minutes’ drive away. A car is recommended, but Uber/taxis are readily available for trips around town.

This is one of Marbella’s oldest areas; luxury suburbs set against the dramatic backdrop of the area’s highest mountain ‘La Concha’. A gentle drive will take you to glamorous beach front of the Marbella Club, and it’s just a couple of minutes more in the car to the glamorous port of Puerto Banus.

For eating out you are spoiled for choice within a 2km round trip, from Michelin-grade dining at the likes of the Hotel Puente Romano or Melia Don Pepe, to stylish out-of-town hot spots like Finca Besaya.

Along the beach there is a mixture of family run ‘chiringuitos’ serving up the fresh catch of the day, while chic beach bars like the Ocean Club offer gourmet cuisine with a taste of the Mediterranean.

For down time, take a stroll around the boutiques of Marbella’s old town and stop for tapas near Orange Tree square. Or you can easily visit typical white villages further along the coast, like Mijas and Benahavis, or smaller harbours like Capo Pino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe.

Situated in on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella is a resort known widely for it’s glitz and glamour, but for those to choose to explore the area you will find plenty of Spanish charm, culture and character. The resort is renowned for its sunny climate that puts the ‘Sol’ in Costa del Sol, and here we have mile upon mile of beaches, white villages, bustling shops and breath taking scenery, making it an ideal holiday destination for families and groups of friends alike.

In Marbella you will find something for all tastes, from world-class cuisine to characterful tapas bars, from local produce to designer labels, and from beach to breathtaking mountain walks
