Madronal Collection Villa 1

On the ground floor next to the main kitchen is the living/dining room, fitted with large sofas and a 50″  TV with home cinema surround sound system. French windows lead out to the main covered patio and pool.

There’s a small breakfast table in the main kitchen and another dining table in the main living area, but in summertime the main eating space is outdoors on the shady terrace, accessed directly from the kitchen or living room. The ground floor bedrooms also lead out to this terrace while three upstairs bedrooms have their own terraces for enjoying a private breakfast or drinks.

The main feature of this villa is the 20m lagoon-style pool with a tropical island and adjacent hot tub. There are several terraces and a split-level garden with sunshine and shade throughout the day, so plenty of space for all guests.

There are TV sets in all bedrooms and a home cinema, music system, and gym equipment and table tennis on the ground floor.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 + 7: Grand deluxe double family suite with king-sized bed (150cm) and adjoining lounge complete with luxury memory-foam topped double sofa bed, large shower, double-ended bath, twin sinks and toilet. Patio shared with Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2: Grand deluxe double suite with king-sized bed (150cm), home office, large shower, double-ended bath, twin sinks and toilet. Patio shared with Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3: Deluxe double en-suite room with queen-sized bed, classical Spanish bathroom up a few stairs, large shower, double-ended bath, twin sinks and separate toilet. Large private patio.

Bedroom 4: Deluxe twin en-suite room (2x90cm), large shower, double-ended bath, twin sinks, toilet and Juliet balcony.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 5: Deluxe twin en-suite room, large shower in feature bath, single sink and toilet. French doors lead to a main terrace.

Bedroom 6: Standard double (135cm) en-suite room with queen-sized bed. Large shower, single sink and toilet (no bath). French doors lead to a main terrace.

HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED

Your rental includes a daily visit from the housekeeper plus a linen and towel change every 3 or 4 days. Additional housekeeping hours may be available to book and pay for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up, extra linen changes or personal laundry.

Every booking includes around 3 hours of itinerary planning before you travel (more complex itineraries can be organised for a fee to cover extended hours).  As a guide, 3 hours is usually enough to help with your airport transfers and car hire, a chef service for a special meal, and to help you plan and book one day out.
