The main entrance leads directly into the spacious and luminous open-plan living space sliding doors running the length of the villa and opening out to the pool terrace. The space is neatly divided into a sitting room, dining area and kitchen/breakfast room. The sitting room is furnished with two large Harrod’s sofas and a Roche Bobois Ovni coffee table.
The separate TV snug features a 65″ Smart TV, Roche Bobois sofa and coffee table over an Indian handmade rug, a custom made chair and bookcase. The TV snug has direct access to the pool terrace via terrace doors dressed with UV blinds.
The main indoor dining area is located next to the sitting room furnished with a beautiful antique dining table to seat 8 guests on custom-made chairs. A few steps up there is a separate round breakfast table to seat six guests with gorgeous Cambridge blue velvet tub chairs.
There are two outdoor dining terraces:
The central courtyard dining area features a slate dining table with seating for 8 guests and an illuminated fountain for atmospheric evening meals. The table is positioned so that when you open the front door you glimpse the views down to the coast and side terrace doors give direct access to the kitchen.
On the opposite side of the kitchen there is a covered terrace furnished with a second slate dining table for 8 guests and a Broil King gas BBQ.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances, two ovens, hot plate draw, boiling water tap, side by side fridge freezer (hidden), hob placed on the island, Nespresso pod coffee machine with the creamer, juicer, and toaster. You’ll also have use of the owner’s Le Creuset cooking set and Villeroy & Boch tableware.
A separate hidden door leads to a utility room which has direct access from the driveway. Ideal for catering staff and provisions.
Indoors and outdoors, Villa Tula is perfectly organised for families to relax together or find a quiet spot for singular downtime.
Sumptuous sofas in the living room, a cosy TV snug and spacious cinema room, are all spaces which invite you to curl up and catch up with the people you care about most.
Outdoors, take a dip in the glittering 8x4m private pool, soak up the rays on a high quality sun lounger or savour your morning coffee in the shade of a covered terrace.
If an hour’s peaceful meditation is called for, make your way to the elevated lawn terrace, where you’ll find a shaded bench and one of the best spots to contemplate Villa Tula’s take-your-breath-away views. It’s also a great spot for sunset cocktails!
Principal Bedroom 1:
Located on the first floor and features a separate wardrobe dressing area with mirror.
Furnished with a 180cm super king size sleigh bed from ‘And so to bed’, two German design armchairs and two bedside cabinets.
Patio doors lead out to a private sea view terrace and on the opposite side of the bedroom, a floor to ceiling window opens to a Juliet Balcony with views to the entrance courtyard and mountain scenery behind.
The principal en suite bathroom is equipped with a free standing sea view bathtub, walk-in rain shower, washbasin with floating cupboard underneath and WC. Patio doors give access to the private terrace.
Guest Bedroom 2:
The first guest bedroom is situated on the first floor. Furnished with a 160cm king size bed, two high side shelves, a children-size desk. Bedroom 2 features floor-to-ceiling windows which open to a transparent balustrade. The petite en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, washbasin and WC.
Guest Bedroom 3:
The second guest bedroom is situated on the ground floor to the right of the living room and enjoys direct access to the pool terrace.
Furnished with a 180cm super king size bed with cushioned head and footboards, 2 matching bedside cabinets, a wall of integrated wardrobes, and an antique style set of drawers.
Guest Bedroom 4:
The last bedroom is situated on the ground floor (two steps down from the living area).
Furnished with twin beds (90cm x 200cm), 1 bedside cabinet, a dressing table, and a wall of integrated wardrobes. The bedroom gives access to the main terrace.
This bedroom has a separate bathroom next to it. Equipped with a walk-in rain shower, washbasin and WC, the bathroom has frosted door access to the pool terrace, making it ideal for children with wet feet to use the loo or get changed before they head indoors.
Light Housekeeping
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus additional light housekeeping in 2 visits during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up). Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry.
