Villa Liria’s main living area is accessed via a traditional Andalucian courtyard, where the sound of running water sets the tone for the serene interiors beyond. Inside, the flowing layout is unified by light oak herringbone floors, soft neutral tones and garden views framed by full-height sliding doors.
At one end, a four-seater sofa and tan leather armchairs are arranged beneath a striking Sophie von Hanau print – ideal for casual conversation or morning coffee. A third, more intimate corner features a widescreen TV faced by comfortable armchairs and an additional sofa, perfect for quieter moments.
The entire lounge space opens seamlessly onto the decked terrace, providing easy access to the gardens and pools beyond.
Villa Liria’s main kitchen is a sleek, wood-panelled space accented with marble worktops and a generous central island for food preparation. A breakfast bar with six stools offers a relaxed spot for morning coffee or a quick bite.
Concealed behind the main kitchen is a full commercial catering space, equipped with professional appliances and direct access to the outdoor bar – ideal for events, private chef services and curated pop-up dining experiences around the grounds.

Each of Villa Liria’s seven guest suites is named after a flower typically found in southern Spain – a nod to the villa’s lush gardens and traditional Andalucian courtyard.
Principal Suite – Dama de Noche: Located on the first floor of the main house, this expansive split-level suite feels more like a private apartment. The upper level offers a dedicated living space with an integrated bar lounge, ceiling-mounted projector, and drop-down cinema screen. A few steps lead down to the bedroom, where a 180cm king-size bed faces floor-to-ceiling windows with views across the gardens to the sea.
The contemporary en-suite bathroom features a freestanding tub, double shower, and twin stone basins.
Guest Suite 2 – Margarita: Also located on the first floor of the main house, this light-filled suite enjoys sea views and access to a shared upper terrace. It features a 180cm king-size bed, writing desk, and soft green accents that reflect the surrounding landscape.
The en-suite includes a large rain shower and clean, contemporary finishes.
Guest Suite 3 – Peonia: Positioned near Suite 2 on the first floor, Peonia overlooks the treetops and gardens. The 180cm king-size bed, natural palette and generous space create a restful feel, while the en-suite features twin vanities and a spacious rain shower.
Guest Suite 4 – Buganvilla: Accessed off the main living room, this room offers garden views and access to the shared sea-facing terrace. A 180cm king-size bed is paired with custom furnishings and linen-draped windows, while the en-suite bathroom includes a rain shower and warm, natural stone finishes.
Guest Suite 5 – Jazmín: Accessed from the entrance courtyard, this ground-floor suite is particularly private. Designed to connect with the outdoors, it features a 180cm king-size bed and its own enclosed terrace with a bespoke plunge pool and swim jets.
The en-suite includes double stone basins, underfloor heating, and a large rain shower.
Guest Suite 6 – Lavanda: Also opening off the central courtyard, Lavanda is a spacious and tranquil ground-floor suite. A 180cm king-size bed is dressed in crisp white linens and sliding glass doors lead straight into the gardens.
The en-suite bathroom is finished in neutral stone with a large shower.
Guest Suite 7 – Rosa: This suite sits just off the main hallway (can also be accessed via courtyard) but enjoys its own sense of seclusion. Facing the gardens and pool, it features a 180cm king-size bed and direct access to a private terrace.
The en-suite is styled with twin carved stone basins and a shower.
DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Your rental includes daily housekeeping (7 days a week) plus a linen and towel change once every 3 days. Housekeepers are generally on-site from 7am to 11pm.
BREAKFAST LAY-OUT SERVICE
A complimentary breakfast will be served each morning, with assistance from your housekeeper to clear away. A menu will usually be provided before you travel so you can select options for the first 2 days then you can liaise directly with your villa team for the rest of your stay.
