Villa Zenith

Villa Zenith benefits from no less than three separate living spaces, including a cosy TV snug on the lower ground floor and a luxurious reception room leading directly off the entrance hall. Situated alongside is a spacious TV sitting room with large, family-sized sofas. Both the sitting room and the reception room provide direct access to the spacious sun terrace beyond and enjoy spectacular views of the pool and garden.

Villa Zenith’s huge, contemporary kitchen delivers in both style and practicality. A large central island provides ample surface space – perfect for chefs catering for large groups – and a breakfast bar with six stools is the ideal spot for a casual snack. The range of equipment on offer would also satisfy any culinary professional, including a 5-ring induction hotplate, four Miele wall mounted ovens, integrated coffee maker, Smeg blender, kettle and toaster.

Communal dining can be accommodated at the 8-seater kitchen table overhung with statement silver light fixtures, or outside on the sun terrace with garden views with seating for up to 12 guests.

Relaxation is guaranteed during a stay at Villa Zenith – indeed, the villa has an entire ground floor devoted exclusively to this purpose.

A spacious gym with a wide ride of professional-grade equipment is the perfect spot for a morning workout before indulging in some serious R&R in the luxurious home spa with steam room and sauna.

When it comes to evening entertainment, guests at Villa Zenith can choose to either kick-back in the plush home cinema or play pool or air hockey in the downstairs entertainment room, complete with its own bar, integrated music system and widescreen TV.

Located on the first floor. Stylish and understated double room with beige accents. Large super-king bed (180cm) with quilted frame, designer armchair in grey crushed velvet and large rug. Double glass doors leading onto shared sun terrace with sea views.

The en-suite bathroom has exposed brickwork, a egg-shaped white, free standing tub and walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom 3

Located on the first floor. Large bright room with pale pink touches, thick cream rug, statement lipstick couch and integrated wardrobes with a pearlescent finish. Wall mounted, TV. Super-king sized, circular bed (180cm). Access to shared roof terrace and sea views.

Visible from bedroom through a large glass window the en-suite contains walk-in shower and free-standing white tub.

Bedroom 4

Ground floor guest room. Twin beds, which can be zipped together to form an emperor-sized double, cream rug, wall-mounted TV and purple leather recliner.

This large, wooden floored en-suite with spacious walk-in rain shower and free-standing white tub also has double sinks.

Bedroom 5

Ground floor guest room. Large, bright room. Super-king sized bed (180cm), cream rug and pale wooden floorboards. Wall mounted TV and stylish silver-upholstered recliner chair in corner.

The en-suite for this room has a quirky, kidney-shaped free standing white bathtub, huge rain shower, double sinks, large window overlooking the front driveway.

Bedroom 6

Self-contained suite on lower-ground floor with large living room and small integrated kitchen with oven, coffee maker and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ideal for staff or older teenagers desirous of privacy. Large bedroom with super king-sized bed (180cm).

Equally modern as the other en-suites it has exposed brick work, large walk-in rain shower and stylish black granite sink.

HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED

This villa is managed by a small team of staff employed directly by the owner. Your rental includes a maid service daily with linens and towels changed twice a week. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover evening work such as after-dinner clearing up, or personal laundry items.
