Villa Serafina

The main house of Villa Serafina features an open-plan living area with two separate chill-out zones. Accessed via steps leading down from the entrance hall, the principal living room houses two comfortable four-seater sofas flanked by stylish armchairs.

Alongside, the entertainment snug features a teal corner-sofa and a deep armchair, angled towards a large wall-mounted TV. Bi-folding doors open onto the wraparound terrace, and offer views of the garden, swimming pool and sea.

The guest house also features a family sized lounge with television and marble fireplace. Similarly, the beach house offers an open plan living/dining area with day bed and armchairs.

The country-style kitchen and breakfast room of Villa Serafina’s main house is located in the far wing of the ground floor. The kitchen is a comfortably stocked space for any chef, featuring an oven, American-style fridge freezer, electric hotplate, coffee machine and dumb waiter to ferry food between the floors. Well equipped kitchens are also a feature of the guest house and pool house.

Villa Serafina’s principal dining room offers sea and garden views and features a bespoke, hand-carved dining table flanked by 14 elegantly upholstered chairs.

Outdoor dining space is also provided in the garden alongside the pool. A large Gazebo features a covered seating plus a food prep area and refreshments fridge, all backed by far-reaching views of the Med.

For more intimate dinners, the guest house offers a good sized, open-plan dining room with seating for six, while the beach house features a rustic, 5 -seater dining table with pool views.

Villa Serafina offers a range of amenities for relaxation and recreation. Guests can stay active in the fully equipped gym or find their zen in the yoga studio followed by a rejuvenating session in the spa, which features a jacuzzi, plunge pool and sauna. Should pampering appeal, there’s also an on-site massage studio and hair salon.

In terms of at-home entertainment, Villa Serafina delivers on all fronts. A luxurious private bar and temperature-controlled wine cellar on the lower ground floor can be stocked before arrival, ensuring the party never runs dry. The state-of-the art theatre room is perfect for elevated film evenings, while beach lovers can access the loungers and waiter service of the Trocadero Playa beach club from the foot of the garden.

Emperor Bed (240 cm x 120cm) with two-seater sofa at the foot and wall mounted 96″ TV. His & Hers walk-in wardrobe area and dressing room.  Private terrace with seating area overlooking gardens and sea. Suite also features TV snug and library with two wingback armchairs and matching footstools. Adjacent office space with desk and chair.

Daily Housekeeping

Your rental includes daily housekeeping (6 days a week) to include clearing away after breakfast, plus a linen and towel change once every 2-3 days. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for directly to cover things like after-meal clearing up, nightly turn-down, or personal laundry.

Breakfast Lay-out Service

Your breakfast can be laid out each morning, with assistance from your housekeeper to serve and clear away. Some light cooking may also be requested. A menu will be provided before you travel so you can select options for the first 2 days* The food bill should be settled locally on arrival, then your remaining days’ choices can be discussed with your housekeeper on arrival.

Every booking includes around 3 hours of itinerary planning before you travel (more complex itineraries can be organised for a fee to cover extended hours).  As a guide, 3 hours is usually enough to help with your airport transfers and car hire, a chef service for a special meal, and to help you plan and book one day out.

When you choose a Platinum Collection Villa, you will be introduced to a dedicated Experience Manager who can help with all your pre-arrival arrangements to ensure a smooth stay. They can also visit you at the villa if required.

GETTING AROUND

To help you get the very best from your stay at this villa, our Guest Experience Team can help you with hire cars and transfers when booked in advance. There is also an excellent local taxi service on-call and can get UBER or BOLT direct to the villa using the app.

This villa has a vehicle with driver that can be requested by guests for trips to the shops, shuttles to the beach, etc. Advance reservations where possible.
