Welcome to Hacienda Bolero

Rural Tranquility with whispers of old spain

Presented in the vision of its Artist owner, Hacienda Bolero exudes understated sophistication and elegance in a spacious home that feels much wiser than its years.

Its vine-wreathed exterior gives way to a charming Andalucian courtyard patio, where fragrant lemon trees contrast with bougainvillea blooms and gnarled olive trees.

A sun-soaked terrace provides the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, while the south-facing garden overlooking evergreen hills was just made for an afternoon swim and snooze.  After all, this is what Hacienda Bolero is all about: rest and relaxation in an idyllic rural setting, with the amenities of Marbella only a short drive away.

Timeless elegance teamed with modern sophistication

Inside Hacienda Bolero, high ceilings and picture windows create a free-flowing space where sunlight cascades across timeless interiors.

Statement works of art catch your breath. Some are modern pieces by the owner herself, and others, like the over-sized canvases of a vibrant bolero jackets, pay a fitting tribute to the Spain of old.

Despite these sudden splashes of colour, serenity prevails throughout the house with its subdued and calm colour palette and cool stone floors.

A private oasis encircled by woodland views

There are plenty of hidden corners outside at Hacienda Bolero to slip away and enjoy some solitude.

At the bottom of the manicured garden, a small seating area with table and chairs can be transformed into a romantic backdrop for a candlelit dinner for two, with views of the swimming pool and cork oaks as a backdrop. Stay long enough and you may even glimpse the wild deer who come inquisitively alongside garden.

Upstairs, a sun-splashed terrace offers panoramic views from surrounding mountains to the sea, and sets the stage for an idyllic al-fresco breakfast. Meanwhile, the traditional Andalusian patio at the entrance to the villa conjures visions of pre-dinner cocktails sipped amongst lemon and lime trees.

The soothing interiors of Hacienda Bolero invite relaxation and leisure time.

Deep, soft armchairs and comfy day beds demand to be snuggled into with a good book, while the huge, sunken tub in the bathroom of the principal suite conjures images of leisurely bubble baths and chilled glasses of champagne.

Outside, views of mountains and tree-carpeted hills are accompanied by a relaxing soundtrack of birdsong and droning bees.
