For all its tradition and elegance, Villa DaVinci is, more than anything, a family home; a villa designed for long meals and lively conversation, for cosy evenings around the fire, for relaxation and togetherness. A formal living room offers up an open fireplace, then transitions to the intimate TV snug, where wooden floors complement plush sofas, an array of creamy pillows scattered over their French-blue upholstery.
Of course, the perfect family villa is about more than shared entertainment spaces; it’s about tranquil, beautiful bedroom suites designed with extended family holidays in mind. Villa DaVinci delivers with six bedrooms, with tailored en-suites for parents and grandparents, children’s dream bedrooms, and even a nanny bedroom to ensure a smooth holiday.
Extensive gardens and flowers in bloom frame a sparkling private pool
Just minutes from the Mediterranean, this elegant residence offers manicured gardens and outdoor diversions centred around a 15-metre private swimming pool.
Villa DaVinci’s ample windows frame the estate’s extensive and manicured gardens, where bougainvillea and other blooms spill onto the porch, fragrant oleander and jasmine scent the air, and geraniums explode with pops of colour throughout the grounds.
The estate’s undisputed focal point is the sparkling pool with three sets of Roman steps for easy access. A covered porch, complete with supple sofas and two outdoor dining sets, offers a fully shaded spot to lounge, dine or watch the kids at play; or, if you prefer to get your toes wet, take a refreshing dip before settling in for a sunny nap on the wicker loungers.
To round out the garden’s family-friendly diversions, you’ll find outdoor ping-pong and mini football nets on the generous expanse of lawn. Of course, the Mediterranean Sea and The Marbella Beach Club’s exclusive beach is just a 12-minute walk from Villa DaVinci, for further outdoor explorations.

The spacious formal living room takes the centre stage of the ground floor; classically Spanish yet stylish, with elegant cream sofas around an open fire. Décor extends to plush rugs, antique furnishings, understated art and simple white orchids. Adjacent to the living room is the TV room, which features warm wood floors, French blue-coloured sofas, plush cushions and a TV. Sunlight streams through the large bay window.
The living room connects with the formal dining room, which seats eight and overlooks the manicured gardens and pool. Two outdoor dining tables offer al fresco, shaded seating for 12+. A small breakfast cove in the kitchen is ideal for enjoying morning coffee and the newspaper.
The kitchen is classical yet modern, and is equipped with marble worktops, a central island, and a gourmet stove with five gas rings, a grill plate, and a hot griddle plate for cooking steaks. Appliances include two refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The huge, wrap-around garden extends over the 2,400m2 plot. A shaded terrace overlooks the beautiful, 15-metre pool and accompanying wicker sun loungers. The garden offers lush landscaping, mini football nets, and Table Tennis.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor grandparents’ suite, with side-by-side twin beds. The suite opens onto the garden and has a new en-suite marble bathroom with full bath and shower.
Bedroom 2: The spacious and stylish master bedroom on the first floor offers a pleasing combination of dark wood floors and vintage French-styled tables and linens. A vaulted ceiling and dual-aspect windows lend light and space, and the beautiful terrace overlooks the pool and Mediterranean Sea views. The master en-suite bathroom has a large, jetted tub, marble and stone finishes, and magnificent sea views.
Bedroom 3: Known as the “girl’s room,” this sweet bedroom is decorated in white printed wallpaper, coordinating décor and a queen-sized bed. The Juliet balcony overlooks the pool. This bedroom and the attic room (Bedroom 5) share a full bathroom of cream marble and a rain shower.
Bedroom 4: This first-floor “boy’s room” promises polished wooden floors, creamy background, a black leather king-sized bed, and a Union Jack carpet, a nod to the owner’s British roots. Kids love the work desk and Juliet balcony, which overlooks the garden. There is an en-suite, cream marble shower room.
Bedroom 5: Accessed via a spiral staircase, the attic room is a “cool’ choice for older kids. Twin beds and castle turret-style windows make this a great hideaway for teenagers. This bedroom shares the family bathroom with the girl’s bedroom on the first floor.
Bedroom 6: The staff bedroom, or nanny’s quarters, is accessed via the kitchen. It offers a single bed and shower room, and is simply decorated but well equipped.
Some bedrooms may have space for an additional bed for a child or a cot, please ask us for details.
Why we love it
Hi Steve, we just left the villa sadly 🙁 Just wanted to say thank you very much, such an amazing villa and the service throughout was perfect… hope to see you again!
The Character Collection
We are happy to offer Villa DaVinci as part of our Character Collection. With its excellent location on Marbella’s Golden Mile, ample bedrooms and spacious entertainment spaces, the estate manages to be both large and intimate; the perfect blend for family time and private pursuits.
The Family Collection
Villa DaVinci is ideally suited for a large family with several children, including multi-generational groups traveling with grandparents and a nanny.
The attic bedroom and children’s bedrooms are chic enough to delight teenagers, but the villa is also well suited to young children, as the pool and other play spaces are in full view of the terraces and gardens.
Parents of very young children should note that there is a spiral staircase leading up to the attic bedroom.
Enjoy the local area
Villa DaVinci is located in the leafy, luxury suburbs of Marbella’s Golden Mile, just 1km from the beach, and presided over by the majestic Sierra Blanca. A gentle 10 minute walk will take you to glamorous beach front of the Marbella Club, and it’s just a couple of minutes drive to the glamorous port of Puerto Banus.
For eating out you are spoiled for choice within a 2km round trip, from Michelin-grade dining at the likes of the Hotel Puente Romano or Melia Don Pepe, to stylish out-of-town hot spots like Finca Besaya. Along the beach there is a mixture of family run ‘chiringuitos’ serving up the fresh catch of the day, while chic beach bars like the Ocean Club offer gourmet cuisine with a taste of the Mediterranean.
For down time, take a stroll around the boutiques of Marbella’s old town and stop for tapas near Orange Tree square. Or you can easily visit typical white villages further along the coast, like Mijas and Benahavis, or smaller harbours like Capo Pino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe.
Situated in on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella is a resort known widely for it’s glitz and glamour, but for those to choose to explore the area you will find plenty of Spanish charm, culture and character . The resort is renowned for its sunny climate that puts the ‘Sol’ in Costa del Sol, and here we have mile upon mile of beaches, white villages, bustling shops and breath taking scenery, making it an ideal holiday destination for families and groups of friends alike.
In Marbella you will find something for all tastes, from world-class cuisine to characterful tapas bars, from local produce to designer labels, and from beach to breathtaking mountain walks.
