With amenities ranging from an indoor and outdoor heated pool*, three hot tubs, a professional standard outdoor kitchen, fabulous Andalusian style indoor kitchen and trampoline its easy to see why this villa gets booked up year after year!
Luxurious Spanish style interiors for a warm welcome
Inside, the villa is decorated in a traditional and tasteful style, with cream upholstery, marble bathrooms and home comforts aplenty.
Its hard to take your eyes off the magnificent views through the huge panoramic windows when you first enter the house, but the whole villa is warm and welcoming, with furnishings having being meticulously chosen to fill each space with care.
Through the entrance with double staircase leading to the balcony, the living room is all about Chesterfield sofas and cream furnishings, leading the way to an indoor dining area and beautiful kitchen.
This villa is just perfect for outdoor living, but even so, the main kitchen is fitted out in stylish white with black granite, and has all the facilities you could wish for by names like Gaggenau and Miele.
There are two guest bedrooms on the ground floor each with an en-suite bathroom and wheelchair access, while the master bedroom and more can be found upstairs on the first floor. All bedrooms come with their own TV set and en-suite bathrooms ranging from beautiful pink marble, to modern and clean white coloured affairs.
Perfect for large families, this villa has a family bedroom sleeping 6 consisting of a main room with double and twin beds + a twin-bedded side room, and an additional family room sleeping 4 with a mezzanine for older children, leading through to a private roof-top Jacuzzi.
Descending down into the ground floor of the villa painted with colourful marine-themed murals, you find a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, making this villa an ideal choice no matter that time of year, and there is also a pool table to while away some hours.
The figure of eight pool is the perfect setting for lazy summer days
The sparkling free-form pool is surrounded by immaculate flowering gardens for summer holiday heaven!
As you would expect for a villa of this size there are extensive outdoor terraces, and a fabulous well-kept garden that serves to show off the pool sitting in centre-stage, the star of the show.
The pool measures some 18m in length, and has a fountain and Roman steps. There is also a poolside Jacuzzi, one of three available at this villa.
Set overlooking the luxurious Villa Padierna Palace hotel and golf course, part of the Los Flamingos development, the gardens and terraces all have far-reaching views across the coast towards the Rock of Gibraltar and Northern Africa.
There are plenty of sun beds and a choice of lawns or terraces to relax on, while upstairs there is seating on the main dining terrace for around 30 people under the shade of a pergola.
Finally, outdoor dining at this villa is an absolute treat as there is a professional standard outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, Tandoori/pizza oven and even all the kit you need for a Hog Roast – We can arrange private chefs to come and serve up anything from a Tapas and Sangria evening, Paella by the pool, or a whole range of catering options. And if you would like us to stock the outdoor bar or have someone on hand to serve drinks by the pool then that can be arranged too!

Service
STAFFED VILLA
This is a fully staffed villa so there is a small team of housekeepers and a groundsman regularly on site to service both villas. Your rental includes 3 hours housekeeping a day and a linen change every 7 days. Additional housekeeping is available and payable locally at 15€ per hour, and we would highly recommend this due to the size of the property.
Staff will patrol the property at night for your security, and live in a private apartment on site that is away from guests and will not intrude on your privacy.
Additional staff can be brought in such as a chef or poolside waiting staff, please ask for details and prices.

Living
This is a 3-storey villa with accommodation distributed on all three floors. On the ground floor, the living space is light and airy with triple-height wall to floor ceiling offering panoramic views over the pool and towards the sea. The first floor balcony leads to bedrooms, while the living room leads through to a dining area and then a separate kitchen also on the ground floor. A leather Chesterfield sofa and squashy cream chairs provide viewing space around the large screen comes with Sky TV and hundreds of movies for your entertainment.
Eating
There is a small dining room adjacent to the living room seating 8 guests, while the main dining terrace outside has space for 20-30 guests and spectacular views. Meals can be prepared in the indoor kitchen fitted with 5-ring ceramic hob, microwave and pizza oven, or in the outdoor kitchen which has a BBQ grill, spit roast cabinet, Tandoori oven and wood-fired pizza oven. There is also a cocktail bar outside.
Relaxing
This villa has two pools; a heated indoor pool on the basement floor of the villa with a hot tub, wheelchair lift and poolside sauna, and a large outdoor pool which can also be heated and also has a jacuzzi and fountain. Please note any pool heating will be paid for at the end of your stay as an addition to your electricity allowance.

The Family Collection
Villa Los Flamingos 2 is perfectly suited to groups of friends travelling together and for large families travelling with different generations, or it has plenty of space and privacy for 2 or 3 families sharing, each having their own bedrooms and bathrooms.
Children are more than welcome, but this is a very big property with several terraces so it is important to keep an eye on them.
There are ground floor bedrooms with level access to the pool and patios and a lift to all floor, so wheelchair users can get around, including wheelchair lift the indoor pool.
The Retreat Collection
This villa is also excellent for health retreats, boot camps or yoga retreats with up to 25 guests when all accommodated in the villa, or up to 50 when taking both villas together. We can help you arrange all manner of things to help your private retreat go smoothly, such as private chefs to whip up healthy menus, Yoga or Pilates teachers, therapists, etc
The Golf Collection
The free wifi and relaxing atmosphere makes this an ideal villa to stay connected with what’s happening back home, but for some downtime the choice of golf in the area is second to none, including Los Flamingos within walking distance.
