Chic and contemporary accommodation with magnificent views
This villa sits in a privileged position in Los Flamingos. Surrounded by mansions and gold courses this is a stylish and contemporary luxury villa for extra special holidays under the Spanish sun.
This is a beautiful spacious villa with a unique layout, designed to wrap around the magnificent views and provide a relaxing and luxurious space for large families and groups of friends.
Panoramic windows let in space and light to the main living areas and the dining terrace can formally seat 22 people, and the kitchens are of a professional standard so a private villa chef can cook up an Andalucian feast for you and your guests.
With amenities ranging from an indoor and outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, top of the range kitchen, sound and entertainment systems, this is a villa for truly memorable stays.
Luxurious bespoke interiors with superb facilities
The main living space in this villa is flooded with light through floor to ceiling windows that will probably take your breath away. The living area is open plan and leads through to a beautifully fitted kitchen that would make the best chefs in Spain want to come and stay, while the dining area has commanding views across the whole hillside and down towards Africa.
The architecture is fabulous; a sweeping staircase brings in even more light to the balcony overlooking the lounge and leads to a stunning master bedroom with wrap-around views. The master bathroom and guest suite are just as impressive, with fittings by Villeroy and Bosch and stylish decor.
Back on the ground floor is the second master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom large enough to host a small party, and the rest of the bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor either side of the indoor pool. Designer touches from Villeroy and Bosch and Fendi help to add to the high quality of this villa and let you know that this is someplace special.
Large families will be more than catered for with the main kitchen, which is fitted out in smooth granite and combined with the outdoor kitchen has no fewer than five ovens, five fridges, a wine cabinet, two dishwashers and a large cooking range.
The indoor pool downstairs has a sauna and can be heated on request, and all areas can be accessed by wheelchair users thanks to the lifts.
Immaculate gardens and magnificent views
The 14 x 7m pool is surrounded by well-kept flowering gardens that blend effortlessly with the spectacular views to the sea.
As beautiful as the interior of this villa is, the pool and grounds are just as impressive. The pool measures some 14m so there is plenty of space for the whole crowd, and the views that surround the villa make this a most peaceful and relaxing setting.
The pool can be heated and there is also a poolside Jacuzzi, and a pool cover helps to keep the water warm out of season.
Set overlooking the luxurious Villa Padierna Palace hotel and golf course, part of the Los Flamingos development, the gardens and terraces all have far-reaching views across the coast towards the Rock of Gibraltar and Northern Africa. The lawns have recently been laid with ever-green synthetic grass to help lower water consumption and maintain standards all year round.
There are plenty of sunbeds and a choice of lawns or terraces to relax on; upstairs there is seating on the main dining terrace for around 22 people under the shade of a pergola with more seating on a sunroof over the new wing of the villa.
There is a professional standard outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ and an outside refrigeration unit, and we can arrange private chefs to come and serve up anything from a tapas and sangria evening, paella by the pool or a whole range of catering options.
We can also stock the outdoor bar or have someone on hand to serve drinks by the pool so you can relax in complete style.

Service
STAFFED VILLA
This is a fully staffed villa so there is a small team of housekeepers and a groundsman regularly on site to service both villas. Your rental includes 3 hours housekeeping a day and a linen change every 7 days. Additional housekeeping is available and payable locally at 15€ per hour, and we would highly recommend this due to the size of the property.
Staff will patrol the property at night for your security, and live in a private apartment on site that is away from guests and will not intrude on your privacy.
Additional staff can be brought in such as a chef or poolside waiting staff, please ask for details and prices.

Living
This is a 3-storey villa with accommodation distributed on all three floors. On the ground floor, the living space is light and airy with panoramic floor ceiling windows offering breathtaking views towards the sea. The first floor balcony leads to bedrooms, while the living room leads through to a dining area and then an open plan professional kitchen also on the ground floor. Fendi squashy leather sofas provide viewing space around the large screen that comes with Sky TV and hundreds of movies for your entertainment.
Eating
There is a small dining room adjacent to the living room seating 8 guests, while the main dining terrace outside has space for 20-30 guests and spectacular views. Meals can be prepared in the indoor kitchen fitted with large range cooker, several ovens and microwaves or in the outdoor kitchen which has a BBQ grill and a bar.
Relaxing
This villa has two pools; a heated indoor pool on the basement floor of the villa with a hot tub and sauna, and a large outdoor pool which can also be heated and also has a Jacuzzi. Please note any pool heating will be paid for at the end of your stay as an addition to your electricity allowance.

The Family Collection
Villa Los Flamingos 1 is perfectly suited to large families or couples travelling together with plenty of space and privacy for 2 or 3 families sharing, each having their own bedrooms and bathrooms.
Children are more than welcome, but this is a very big property with several terraces so it is important to keep an eye on them.
There are ground floor bedrooms with level access to the pool and patios, and a lift to all floors so wheelchair users can get around easily.
The Golf Collection
This villa is also excellent for executive or corporate bookings, with free wifi and a relaxing atmosphere throughout, and for some downtime the choice of golf in the area is second to none, including Los Flamingos within walking distance.
