Located on the ground floor of Hacienda Bolero, the main family-sized living room is decorated in soft, neutral tones accentuated by an eggshell-blue beamed ceiling. Three generously-proportioned sofas are arranged around a statement coffee table, perfect for family board games in front of the open fire.
In addition to the living room, there is a bright reception room with vaulted ceiling and open fireplace at the other side of the courtyard, and a spacious reading room located along the corridor.
With its comfy leather couches, dark wood detailing and widescreen TV, this a cosy and stylish space in which to enjoy an after-dinner cocktail or gather for a family film night.
Finally, there is a small sitting room in the guest apartment, complete with sofa bed and views over the valley.
Hacienda Bolero features a large, farmhouse style kitchen with original stone floors and striking design highlights.
The kitchen has a family-sized table with seating for 12+ people, and French doors leading out onto the dining terrace adjacent to the pool.
An outdoor dining table is provided alongside a traditional Argentinian BBQ area. There is also a Weber gas BBQ located on the adjoining terrace.
To the other side of the kitchen, access leads to a classically-styled formal dining room with seating for large groups and light flooding in from dual-aspect French doors.
Hacienda Bolero’s kitchen showcases a range of modern amenities such as 5-ring Smeg burner, Miele Nespresso machine and microwave, fridge freezer, oven and juicer.
Connected to the main kitchen is a separate, fully fitted “butler’s kitchen” with washer/dryer, oven, stove top, fridge/freezer and food prep area. This can be also accessed via a separate service entrance for minimal disturbance when using a private chef.
The soothing interiors of Hacienda Bolero invite relaxation and leisure time.
Deep, soft armchairs and comfy day beds demand to be snuggled into with a good book, while the huge, sunken tub in the bathroom of the principal suite conjures images of leisurely bubble baths and chilled glasses of champagne.
Outside, views of mountains and tree-carpeted hills are accompanied by a relaxing soundtrack of birdsong and droning bees.
The manicured lawn is the perfect spot to practice some morning yoga under the shade of an aged oak tree, or enjoy some weights and cardio in the small home gym or a relaxing swim in the private pool.
