The living room takes up the centre of the house; a modern designer fireplace divides the room into distinct areas – one, a pop of red and the other, more subdued in grey – each with access to the outdoor lounge, gardens, and swimming pool. Both sitting areas are furnished in a contemporary style, mixed with some distinguished original pieces.
Separate to the dual living rooms, a large TV room offers another space for kids with TV and surround sound system. There is an additional TV area and sofa in a corner of the kitchen.
Outdoor lounge areas – one shaded, just off the formal living room and the other, a tiled living area beneath a decades-old tree – offer further seating.
The indoor formal dining room is located on the ground floor, off the living room and adjacent to the kitchen, and offers comfortable seating for 8+. Full glass doors open up fully, to deliver an indoor-outdoor dining experience in summer.

Light Housekeeping
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days plus additional light housekeeping in 2 further visits during the week. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry, and we can also source live-in maids if required.

- Three bedrooms are located on the ground-floor and are accessible to those with mobility challenges, but are not specifically adapted for wheelchairs.
- If you have small children, please ask us to erect the safety fence around the swimming pool, free of charge.
