This modern yet classically styled Spanish villa resides in a quiet suburb, removed from Marbella but just 300 metres to the sea and minutes to town.

Here you’re invited to spread out, relax and rejuvenate in total tranquility, courtesy of the home’s private location and perimeter wall, which ensure that Villa Jeni is also a safe place for children to romp and roam.

You’re only a 300-metre stroll to the stunning (and undeveloped) beach at Reserva de Los Monteros, a laid-back haven on the Mediterranean coastline. What’s more, you’re 5 minutes to the centre of Marbella and a 10-minute boardwalk sojourn to the colonial Trocadero Arena, one of the mostly highly rated beachfront restaurants in Marbella.
The classic, pillared front entrance opens onto marble floors that extend throughout this beautiful home, where light streams in through French doors and all key rooms face lush gardens, mature foliage and the inviting swimming pool.
With four large bedrooms (plus two additional beds) and three bathrooms, Villa Jeni’s open plan is designed and decorated for versatility. One bedroom and ensuite bathroom grace the ground level, and three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms reside on the first floor.
The ground floor offers open living space – an elegant blend of white sofas with dove-grey soft leather couches – that beckons you to settle in for a movie or a long night’s conversation.
A dining room connects with the kitchen and living area, offering seating for 8 with hand-carved furniture and a cosy fireplace. The modern space contrasts well with the home’s eclectic décor, which weaves in hand-woven carpets, African prints and antique urns.
The classically styled kitchen is well equipped for cooking family meals, and offers extras like a small dining table, dishwasher, American-style fridge with icemaker, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. And if you have gourmet tastes but lack for cooking talent, it’s not a problem. We’re happy to book you a private chef or recommend the best restaurants that Marbella has to offer.
Villa Jeni is fitted with air-conditioning and heating in every room, ensuring cosy indoor temperatures year-round. Your rental also includes mid-week housekeeping.
Look up to the first-floor terrace, where comfortable lounge chairs persuade you to settle in with a cocktail and your favourite beach read. The spacious terrace has spectacular views to the Mediterranean, and with a large umbrella for shade, creates a perfect space for a day’s relaxation.
On the ground level, a covered terrace offers plush seating and al-fresco dining space for your entire group. Whip up a feast – or have your private chef do it – on the large, professional-grade gas barbecue; tan in the poolside sunbeds; or slip into the 10×5 metre pool for easy laps and even easier relaxation. Roman steps lead down into the refreshing depths, where shallow seating ledges promise a cool respite from the Spanish sun.
The walled garden is surrounded by greenery, mature shrubs and flowering plants, all immaculately landscaped and cared for. The grounds provide the perfect play space for young children, who can run all day without getting lost – or into trouble! Around the front, there’s secure parking for six cars: two in the garage and four in the drive.
This villa includes 10 hours of housekeeping a week in two visits, plus a full clean and linen change once a week. Additional housekeeping is available and payable locally.

The main living area on the ground floor leads around to the dining room, or straight through to the garden and pool. There’s a large TV and sound system, and wall to wall French doors looking out to the garden.
There’s a small dining table in the kitchen which is great for giving the children a quick snack, and the main dining area just off the kitchen has formal seating for up to 8. There’s also a table out on the terrace for poolside lunches and al-fresco evening meals.
Sitting in the centre of the garden surrounded by sun beds for all the family, the private pool really is the star of the show. Children have a great play area all around as it’s a safely enclosed garden.
Downstairs there’s a Finnish sauna room with showers, and a handy utility room and access to the garage.
Large Poolside Master Bedroom: A ground floor room with king-size bed, large dressing room and full bathroom.
Second Master Suite: Has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This room leads out to a spacious sun terrace which extends the full width of the top floor of the villa, and another balcony that wraps around to the front of the house.
Double Guest Room: With 4-poster double bed and sharing a bathroom with bedroom 4. It also leads out onto the sun terrace.
Smaller Double Bedroom: With a balcony to the front of the house, sharing the family bathroom with bedroom 3.
We can supply 2 roll-away beds for children, and cots.
Villa Jeni is a highlight of our Family Villa Collection and is well equipped for a single family with children, or two couples travelling together who appreciate the welcoming interiors and beachside location.
Multi-generational families approve of the ground-floor suite for grandparents, and first-floor master suite for parents, close to the children’s bedroom(s) and a 4th room for the nanny.
Villa Jeni is fantastic for families with children, and not just for its bedroom layout. A short 300 metres to the beach, teens can take off to sunbathe and explore. Back at the villa, small children enjoy free reign of the walled gardens and wiling the day away at the pool, which “not to worry, parents!” is within easy sight of the main living area.
Additionally, cots and high chairs are available upon request. Kid-friendly TV channels are available via Internet TV.
For guests with mobility difficulties, the ground floor master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom and easy access to the kitchen, dining room and living space (through an exterior entrance), as well as the outdoors and swimming pool via a sloping garden.
Please note that Villa Jeni is located in a residential area, and is therefore not suited to events or parties.
Villa Jeni is located in the beautiful beachside suburb of La Reserva de Los Monteros, next to Rio Real golf and just a minutes drive from the centre of Marbella with its old town cobbled streets and leafy parks. Neighbouring the villa are the summer residences of Europe’s elite, and luxury apartments on the beach.
A gentle stroll down the lane will take you to a Spanish beach bar, just 350m away, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks in the summer. Or for a more international lunch or night out, you can walk along the new boardwalk to the upmarket restaurant and beach club, Trocadero Arena, which takes about 10 minutes.
Also within walking distance (around 20 minutes along the sand), or a short drive away, is the stylish beach club La Cabane belonging to the Hotel Los Monteros.
For shopping and a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and family beaches, Villa Jeni is just a few minutes’ drive into the centre of Marbella. Or you can by-pass Marbella and head along the A7 to the glamorous port of Puerto Banus just next door, packed with shops, restaurants and hotspots for nightlife or people-watching.
For a morning or afternoon of sightseeing, you can easily visit typical white villages like Mijas and Benahavis, smaller harbours like Capo Pino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe.
Situated in on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Marbella is a resort known widely for it’s glitz and glamour, but for those to choose to explore the area you will find plenty of Spanish charm, culture and character .
