The living room is located just off the main entrance hall in the centre of the house, divided into two areas, one for conversation from the squashy, ivory-toned sofas around the fireplace, and the other is the TV area to take in a film on the large Smart TV.
There is a second small sitting room with Smart TV located in the ‘family’ wing at the end of the ground floor corridor, shared with the two twin bedrooms, ideal for video games or a bed time film.
A third small sitting room can be found upstairs in the guest studio.
The formal indoor dining room is located on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen. It has a huge table seating 8 guests.
The dining room is connected to the family dining kitchen with a second dining table seating 10. There is a separate pantry area with a second refrigerator and the utility room is equipped with a washer, dryer and has room for storage.
Outside, the poolside terrace can be laid for supper, and also has a BBQ. The main dining terrace located just off the living room and kitchen has a table for 10.
Along the whole villa runs a shaded terrace with various seating areas, one is next to the main dining table, with wicker chairs. The other one is in the pool area.
There are several sun loungers at the poolside and on the lawn, ideal for a peaceful afternoon in the sun.
The private terrace of the principal suite is equipped with two loungers and a parasol.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING
Your rental includes a complete clean and linen change every 7 days, plus one additional light housekeeping visit during the week (housekeeping does not include kitchen clear-up).
Additional housekeeping hours may be available to book and pay for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up, extra linen changes or personal laundry.
