The Beach House offers unparalleled beach-side luxury in Marbella’s Golden Mile. Finished by top interior designers, they have faithfully interpreted the owner’s vision for light, welcoming spaces and the minimum of fuss.
The result is a cool and contemporary vibe, where white sandstone floors and wall-to-wall glass connects the modern interiors with the sparkling pool and Mediterranean Sea.
Furniture by names like Tribu includes made to measure sofas and 100% linen fabrics. Occasionally the white palette is broken with light blue accents that blend beautifully with the sky and sea, and a quirky touch is added here and there with the occasional giant cactus or designer chair.
In the open-plan living room, beautiful hand-carved Iroko Teak furniture helps to make a statement, while the best quality white linen has been used to dress sofas and windows.
The cut-out fireplace is a focal point, connecting the living room with the TV lounge where you can enjoy state-of-the-art entertainment with surround sound.
The kitchen comes with professional grade equipment including a walk-in refrigerator, quad-oven, and a huge pantry ready to cater for you and your guests while the wine chills to perfection in the cooler.
On the ground floor you have two spacious bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and there are a further 4 bedrooms on the first floor, including a fabulous master suite from where you can almost taste the ocean while lying in the tub with a glass of Champagne.
The real magic of this villa is hidden behind the scenes, with a complete home-automation system and entertainment on-demand.
As you might expect from a multi-million euro villa, the real magic of The Beach House is in the technology that quietly runs along in the background, together with the fantastic facilities hidden from view.
The Domotic system powers everything from lighting and climate-control, to sound systems at your bedside, to mosquito blinds and security black-out windows by the beach, all controlled by handy iPad panels in key areas of the house.
Mood lighting is sensual and sensor-powered in some areas, while music is supplied by Bose with speakers connected to every room.
As well as the multimedia entertainment offered in the pool-side TV lounge, you also have a sound-proofed complete home cinema in the basement, together with a private cocktail bar for a pre-show aperitif.
The sauna is a perfect way to finish off a workout in the villa’s own fitness studio, and outside you can relax in the sunken beds of the pool-side whirlpool with a glass of something chilled in hand from the Ibiza-style pool bar.
The villa also has alarm call points for a secure armed-response service, and we can arrange a full-time security guard if required for your stay.

Furniture by Tribu adorns the terrace and the dining table is a magnificent 5m long work of art carved from a single trunk of best African Iroko wood. There’s no finer place to entertain friends while listening to the waves gently lapping at the shore.
This villa includes a live-in housekeeper who stays in the staff apartment. She usually works from Monday to Friday (housekeeping duties only, no cooking or food service) with bed linen and towels changed twice a week. Swimming pool towels are provided.

The super-modern and light living area extends across the ground floor in a spacious open-plan layout; the main sitting room looks out across the pool to the sea, leading through to the dining area to one side, and the TV room to the other.
The whole space opens directly out to the poolside terrace lined with cream sofas, sun-beds and views to the sea to take full advantage of summertime indoor-outdoor living.
The indoor dining room is open-plan to the kitchen area with seating for 8+, a light-filled room with magnificent views.
There is a professionally equipped, modern kitchen with catering-grade equipment, then outside on the main terrace is a further dining terrace seating 12 with sea views.
Finish off your meal with drinks from the cocktail bar during the day, or for a private evening soiree head downstairs to your private bar indoors.
The private L-shaped pool takes centre-stage outdoors, surrounded by 1,800m2 of immaculate gardens, and accompanied by a huge Jacuzzi. There are sunbeds on the poolside deck, and more upstairs on the sun terrace.
In addition to a ground floor TV room next to the main lounge, a home cinema and cocktail bar can be found in the basement of the villa, where you will also find a fitness studio and 6-person sauna.

The Beach House is located right on the beach on the Golden Mile, so called because this is the neighbourhood of multi-million pound mansions and chic apartments. A gentle stroll along the promenade will take you to the glamorous port of Puerto Banus where you can indulge in designer shopping and dine in style.
For eating out you are spoiled for choice within a 2km round trip, from Michelin-grade restaurants at the likes of the Hotel Puente Romano or Marbella Club, to stylish out-of-town hot spots like Finca Besaya. Along the beach there is a mixture of family run “chiringuitos” serving up the fresh catch of the day, while chic beach bars like the Ocean Club offer gourmet cuisine with a taste of the Mediterranean.
For down time, take a stroll around the boutiques of Marbella’s old town and stop for tapas near Orange Tree square. Or you can easily visit typical white villages further along the coast, like Mijas and Benahavis, or smaller harbours like Capo Pino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe.
