The design of this villa is simply stunning, from triple-height beamed ceilings right down to the luxury linens, you know this is some place special.
The quality of this villa will make an impact as soon as you walk through the huge antique front door and onto the stone walkway that forms a gallery above the main living room. With its 6m high ceiling and panoramic windows, the sense of space is magnificent, even at full capacity with 16 guests.
This villa effortlessly blends traditional Spanish details such as the arched windows and aged wooden beams, with the cool contemporary lines like you will find in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from a juicer to espresso machine, but if you don’t fancy cooking then we can also assist with chefs and extra housekeeping, as well as doing your shopping for you before you arrive.
The kitchen has a central island which is handy for breakfast, as well as a small lounge area. But the formal dining room is really special with double height ceilings and wrap-around windows to take in that fabulous panorama over dinner.
In the bedrooms you will enter a more tropical style of decor, with sumptuous throws, cushions and indoor palms adding the finishing touches. Each has its own private balcony or direct access to the gardens through French windows.
The 5 bedrooms in the main villa and the 6th Bedroom in the apartment are all spacious and welcoming, and the quality could easily be compared to the suites in a 5-star hotel; each have their own seating area, air conditioning and silent ceiling fans, 32″ LED TV sets and the best quality mattresses and linens for a blissful night’s sleep. En-suite bathrooms are laid with the finest Italian marble, and the master suite also comes with an 8-person sauna.
As if this villa could not get any better, downstairs there is also a 140m2 Hollywood style cinema equipped with a 4 metre screen, three levels of seating and a HD movie library with over 1500 titles including the latest blockbusters. There is a Blueray and DVD player too so you can bring your own favourites. This space is excellent too for corporate presentations with plenty of room available for setting up tables or seating
Finally, there is a large indoor games room with pool table and fully equipped gym, which at night can be transformed into a night club complete with indoor laser lighting, surround sound music equipment, a bar, and capacity for 60 guests!
The immaculate gardens are full of palms, fruit trees and brightly coloured blooms, helping to frame the magnificent views to the Ronda mountains in the distance.
The grounds of this villa are landscaped perfectly, providing many options for relaxing in quiet corner or together with your friends.
The main terraces all lead directly off from the living and dining rooms, so in the summer months you can completely open up the villa to let the outside in, and the views from that Jacuzzi are to die for!
The main terrace by the house has comfortable seating and is the perfect spot for a sun-downer, while the dining terrace comes with a gas BBQ so you can enjoy the best outdoor living in the warm summer air.
Down by the infinity pool you have quality sun-loungers and day beds for whiling away the hours with a good book, plus several of the bedrooms also have their own private terrace if you fancy taking breakfast in your room or enjoying a romantic nightcap before bed.
There is a team of staff on hand who keep the gardens and pools at all three villas in tip-top condition and they do their best not to disturb guests when staying at the villa.
If you are organising a celebration, we have two lovely spaces in the grounds for a small marquee, and plenty of seating space on the patio as well as easy access to the other sister villas. There you will find additional accommodation and an indoor pool for up to 48 guests.
The villa is distributed over three main floors. The living room occupies the main floor, overlooked by the stone gallery entrance which leads to the kitchen/dining area above it. It is lined with panoramic windows, and has 6 large sofas and a 50″ LCD TV with DVD and Blu-ray. French windows lead out to the main covered patio and can be opened right up in Summer.
There is also a small seating area off the kitchen which is a great spot for reading, and the outdoor terraces are all furnished for complete relaxation.
On the entrance floor above the lounge, the kitchen is cool and contemporary with polished stone worktops, a central island and state of the art equipment. Off the kitchen is a formal indoor dining room seating 12, with high beamed ceilings and picture windows. Doors lead to a dining terrace which also has a gas BBQ and is connected to the main living terrace via a small staircase.
The beauty of this villa is that you can open all of the French doors from the living and dining rooms and extend your space onto the main outdoor terraces. There is plenty of seating with panoramic views and a large Jacuzzi.
The gardens and terraces are set over three levels with the infinity pool on the lower level looking out over the hills.
Indoors, on the ground floor below the living room you can find the large cinema, and the next floor below that houses the disco, gym, bar and games room.

Your rental includes a daily visit from the housekeeper plus a linen and towel change every 3 or 4 days. Additional housekeeping hours may be available to book and pay for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up, extra linen changes or personal laundry.
