Casa Chica

This villa is all about indoor-outdoor living. One spilling into the other so they merge. This makes Casa Chica very practical indeed for groups of friends or families. There’s even a bar with full height windows which open up towards the pool for a party feel. This is low maintenance, easy-going holiday time – why over complicate things – pool, sun and convenience.

If work is necessary, there is a small office flooded with light at the top of the house next to the master bedroom.

The indoor dining room seating six, however, during the summer the doors can be opened to the full length of the room to allow the warm air to flow through – making a perfect dining space.

Outdoor dining is next to the BBQ area around a generous sized table. There is also a small breakfast bar in the kitchen seating two.

The ground floor patio wraps around most of the house allowing plenty of space for little ones to play. There are six sunbeds spread around the sunny pool. The pool can be heated during winter months but for the rest of the year it’s bliss to have a dip between sunbathing. There is also a terrace at the top of the house which is a perfect spot for the sunset or some quite time.

Casa Chica is an easy-going villa, log into to Sonos, stick on some summer tunes and chill by the pool.

Bedroom 1: On the first floor is the principal bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This is the largest of the rooms with a 180cm bed, Juliet balcony and lots of wardrobe space. The shower room has WC, shower, sink with storage.

Just off this room is another small area with a child’s bed and fixed-type cot.

Bedroom 2: Off the living room there is a bedroom with twin beds (2 x 90cm), generous wardrobes and doors that open onto the patio.

Bedroom 3: Next to bedroom two there’s another bedroom with twin beds (2 x 90cm), this has a very small wardrobe. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4: Up a short staircase from the living room is bedroom four. This is another twin bedroom with a generous wardrobe and en-suite shower room.

Light Housekeeping

Casa Chica is serviced by a local villa management company who provide a light clean midweek as well as a full linen change and clean every 7 days, and they also attend the pool and garden. Additional hours, personal laundry and babysitting may be requested, payable direct.

A pre-arrival shopping service is available to cover essentials for the first 2 days. Our Guest Experience Team will assist with making your order before you travel, with a payment made on account and adjusted at the end of your stay.

Complimentary Itinerary Planning

Every booking includes around 3 hours of itinerary planning before you travel (more complex itineraries can be organised for a fee to cover extended hours).  As a guide, 3 hours is usually enough to help with your airport transfers and car hire, a chef service for a special meal, and to help you plan and book one day out.

Once you arrive at Casa Chica, your local Experience Manager will be on hand with further ideas and recommendations. They may be able to visit you at the villa if required, or if you think you might need a more personalised service, we can arrange for you to have a Personal Concierge* for the duration of your stay.
