Villa Keshiki’s ground floor living room features three smart, slate-grey sofas centred around a glass-topped coffee table, facing a TV with international channels. An integrated log-burner in a stylish central pillar provides a cosy focal point during the cooler months, whereas air conditioning provided via inbuilt vents keeps temperatures comfortable in the summer.

One wall of this large, light-filled space is occupied by a row of windowed doors, which display to full effect the fabulous views of plush green countryside, high blue sky and glimmering sea. The doors can be rolled back to allow access to the large sun terrace beyond, arranged with additional seating area and four-seater table with parasol, perfect for outdoor lunches or sundowner cocktails.

The immaculate contemporary kitchen is stocked with a range of modern amenities. These include a professional-grade Range-Master with double oven and five-ring gas burning stove and hotplate, a Samsung fridge freezer with ice dispenser and a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker.

Guests at Villa Keshiki will be spoiled for choice when it comes to picking a spot to eat. Breakfasts and lunches are best enjoyed at the shaded sun terrace alongside the kitchen which overlooks the tranquil water garden with its ornamental fishpond. For dinner, choose between the large 8-seater table in the open-plan living room, or dine outside while contemplating the stunning view on the adjoining terrace.

Guests need never miss a workout during their holiday, thanks to the fully-equipped downstairs gym with its sprung floors, rowing machine, cross-trainer, free weights and bench, exercise bike and running machine.

After burning some serious calories, why not relax in the spa next door, complete with a three-person sofa, Jacuzzi, shower, steam room and sauna? Alternatively, catch some rays around the fabulous softwater infinity pool with its far-reaching views and trickling cascade.

After a gruelling day of R&R, reconvene for cocktail hour around Villa Keshiki’s stylish, black granite bar, or take your drinks outside and watch the sun set over the valley from the comfort of the expansive sun terrace with plush outdoor sofas.

Bedroom 2: Located on first floor alongside principal suite. Large double featuring a king-sized bed (150 x 200cm), free-standing double wardrobes and chocolate and charcoal colour palette. Modern en-suite bathroom in charcoal tones with walk-in rain shower and views over the countryside all the way to the sea.

Bedroom 3: Located on lower-ground floor. Simple yet elegant double with king-sized bed (150 x 200cm) facing the swimming pool, offering direct access to the terrace through large sliding doors. Features stylish en-suite with exposed pearlescent brickwork detailing and large walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom 4: Located on lower ground-floor with direct access to pool area via sliding glass doors. King-sized bed (150 x 200cm) and slate floors, large TV.  Modern en-suite with stone floors and walk-in rain shower.

LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING

Your rental at Villa Keshiki includes a complete clean and linen change once a week plus additional light housekeeping in 1 or 2 visits during the week. Additional housekeeping hours can be booked and paid for in advance to cover things like after-dinner clearing up or personal laundry, and we can also source live-in maids if required.
