Welcome to Villa Marco
An impressive entrance sets the scene for stylish interiors with a glam feel
This prestigious villa is very comfortable and well-equipped, with simple, stylish decor and a fabulous modern kitchen.
With a magnificent entrance hall, this villa certainly makes a statement! The triple-height domed ceiling towers over a grand double staircase with exquisite hand-crafted wrought-iron banister, and a chandelier for a touch of glam.
The living room has chic, inviting leather sofas, perfect for relaxing in front of the 42-inch TV.
The open-plan dining kitchen has smooth granite work tops, a coffee maker and American-style side-by-side fridge freezer. In summer you can dine out on the main terrace, while in the winter months you will enjoy the warm dining area with a tented ceiling which looks though to a small interior patio with fountain.
On the first floor, the master bedroom is sumptuous and spacious, you’ll feel like a king (or perhaps a film star) with the opulent upholstered headboard and chandelier. The wrap-around terrace has day-beds for enjoying the spectacular mountain and sea views which reach from Gibraltar right across to Morocco’s Atlas mountains.
Also on the first floor is a twin bedroom perfect for smaller children who need to stay closer to Mum and Dad, or equally suitable for friends, while the main ground floor has two more spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Finally, sure to be a hit with teenagers, the basement games room ‘Den’ has a huge 50-inch TV, with state of the art surround sound, a professional pool table, leather sofas for lounging, and some gym equipment. The last two bedrooms are located here, ideal for older children (and their friends) to have their own space, or a Nanny to sleep next door to the children (the 6th bedroom is internal so does not have a window, but all rooms have air-conditioning).

Planted with mature palms and lush borders, the outside space is just the size to keep one eye on the children, and the other on those jaw-dropping views!
The living space in Villa Marco opens out onto the large arched terrace which wraps around the side of the house, featuring plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also an extra terraced area just below with a BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining. The mood lighting makes eating out on a warm summer’s evening into a special occasion.
Relaxing is a key part of any holiday, and this garden offers the chance to enjoy a lush-green lawn offering sun loungers in several areas dotted with small potted palms, tropical plants and grasses.
The swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking, and has semi-circular steps, ideal for children, this area is very close to the house easily visible from there, again good for security with swimming.
Lining the pool wall are heavenly bright pink bougainvillea, the signature Mediterranean climber which brings zingy colour to Spanish walls. If you need some shade while reclining on a sunbed, there’s a large parasol; close to the house, there’s another circular daybed, where children can flop after an energetic afternoon in the pool.

HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED
For your comfort your rental includes around 10 hours of light housekeeping per week (usually done in two visits), and a linen change every 7 days. Additional housekeeping is available and payable locally at 15€ per hour.
Additional staff can be brought in such as a chef or poolside waiting staff, please ask for details and prices.

GETTING AROUND
To help you get the very best from your stay at this villa we recommend you hire a car to get around and explore, but we can also assist with airport transfers and can supply contacts for private drivers or taxis if required.
Living
This is a 3-storey villa with accommodation distributed on all three floors. On the ground floor you have the living room with wrap-around terrace, and kitchen-dining room. There are two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, both with en-suite shower room.
Eating
There is a dining area adjacent to the main kitchen seating 8 guests, while the main terrace outside has space for 10 guests and overlooks another terrace with BBQ.
Relaxing
This villa has one outdoor pool surrounded by lush gardens and sun loungers and day beds. Inside, on the basement level you have a games room/entertainments room with state of the art TV and sound systems, pool table and home gym machines.

Villa Marco is featured in our Family Villas Collection. It is perfectly suited to groups of friends travelling together, and for large families travelling with different generations. It has plenty of space and privacy for 2 families sharing, each having their own bedrooms and bathrooms.
Children are more than welcome, and even though this is a big property with several terraces it is easy keep an eye on them by the pool as it is close to the house and overlooked by the main terrace.
The free wifi and relaxing atmosphere makes this an ideal villa to stay connected with what’s happening back home, but for some downtime, the choice of golf in the area is second to none, including Los Flamingos within walking distance. For this reason Villa Marco can also be found in our Golf Villas collection and is a perfect venue for entertaining clients at any time of year.
