Six spacious bedrooms unfold over the villa’s 600 spacious square meters (nearly 6,500 square feet), decorated in sleek whites, soft greys, and warm blondes, with pops of colour, art and style sprinkled throughout. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and oversize windows invite light into every room, and beckon you outdoors to bask in the sun and lake and golf course views.
Outside, a lush lawn encircles the 11m x 4m pool – large enough to swim laps, and yet small enough to splash, laugh and play with the family.
From pool-level, to living level, to rooftop, outdoor entertainment and relaxation spaces unfold, offering both sunny spots and shaded comfort.

Villa Artea offers two light cleans midweek as well as a full linen change and clean every 7 days, and they also attend the pool and garden. Additional hours, personal laundry and babysitting may be requested, payable direct.

The main living room is located poolside, where light streams through floor-to-ceiling glass, bouncing from blonde travertine flooring to pop art, from contemporary furnishings to high-design accents. Both crisp and clean, at once comfortable and inviting, Villa Artea is a place for luxury living and plenty of laughter.
But there is not just one living room: Inside and out, up and down, the villa is sprinkled with cosy corners and chill-out areas.
The fun garden room styled like an English pub invites you to relax on the old leather sofas or enjoy a game of darts overlooking the pool. Outdoor terraces rise from the main garden and teak poolside deck, to the pool-view gardens, to the master bedroom terrace with its myriad sun loungers and outdoor sofas.
Spend time together, competing in pickup ping-pong competitions. Settle in for a night of music – there are original LPs and a large speaker with microphone attached – perfect for a family karaoke night. Or, cosy up for a movie night on the sofa or retreat to the the privacy of your own bedroom.

You’re just steps from amazing countryside and green golf courses (Valderrama & La Reserva courses, just 5 minutes), from the Sotogrande Marina and Santa Maria Polo Club, from Gibraltar shopping and history, from equestrian events and music festivals. And within an hour, the nightlife of Marbella and Estepona, the beach paradises of Tarifa and Costa de la Luz, and the culture of Morocco (45-minute ferry ride).

Villa Artea is spacious enough for families to come together and spend happy times. With 6 bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for multi-generation families and the second master suite is a winner with parents who have small children. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for staff if you are travelling with your Nanny.
The swimming pool has a fence to deter children from entering (supervision still needed due to gaps in the fence) and in cooler months the water can be heated to provide comfortable swimming for children.
Villa Artea is a wonderful space for a small celebration with loved ones. You have a large exterior garden for dining or a choice of terraces where your guests can enjoy poolside cocktails and canapés.
Its no secret Sotogrande is a firm favourite with golfers and Villa Artea is within easy distance of top-drawer Valderrama Golf, as well as being a quick 12 minute walk to Almenara Golf and a short drive to San Roque Golf. Its a perfect addition to our Golf Villa Collection.

Dining out can take place in the restaurants of the marina, or in the village centres of Pueblo Nuevo and Guadiaro. Or you might head to one of the chiringuitos along the beaches at either side of Sotogrande for a taste of fresh fish and a cool glass of Tinto del Verano.
For a more Spanish vibe head inland a short distance to explore the delightful white village of Jimena de la Frontera or the castle fortress town of Castellar de la Frontera which punctuate the walking route along Mr Henderson’s Railway to Ronda.
