Villa Nuevo Banus offers an impressive 1700m2 of first class contemporary living, so whether you stay for just a week, or the whole summer, this is somewhere you can truly relax and unwind.
This unique villa stretches over three floors (accessible also with a lift) and has 7 bedrooms in total; 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, plus an adjoining self-contained apartment with two twin bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen/diner/living area. The apartment also has its own private access meaning you could easily use it for staff too.
The architect has designed this villa to make perfect use of its space, with panoramic sea views from the first floor living spaces and terraces, while the bedrooms are cool and private on the lower two floors. Wall to wall glass feature windows bring light into every room, extending the sense of open space.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom so all guest have complete privacy, and the master suite has a huge bathtub plus a second additional shower room. The twin rooms in the apartment share a modern shower room.
There are two main living rooms with sleek, stylish furnishings, picture windows and French doors that open out onto to relaxing terraces.
The main living room is on the first floor with sea views and a large terrace. It has a beautiful feature fireplace and is all about cream leather, Barcelona chairs, and designer lamps.
The second living room downstairs is a fantastic entertainment space for the teens, with a drum kit and multimedia systems ready to go. It also has its own kitchenette and a bedroom next door so this whole area can be closed off like a self contained studio suite.
The kitchen is super contemporary. It features the best equipment from Siemens, a wine cooler and even a Magimix for culinary types. You can even watch your favourite show on the Flatscreen TV as you whip up breakfast, and the shady terrace overlooking the pool is the perfect spot to eat.
This villa comes complete with free Wifi internet, sound systems, TV’s in the bedrooms and DVD players so you can bring your favourites too. There is also a fully equipped Gym.

The pool has two shallow ledges for cooling off, and there are plenty of sun loungers on the deck plus a couple of hammocks, just take your pick!
The poolside dining area has seating for 10-12 for an alfresco dinner with friends, and the bar is fully equipped with 2 drinks fridges, Professional BBQ, microwave, sink and dishwasher. We can even help you book a private chef to come along and serve you dinner under the stars or lunch by the pool.
The shady recreation area has a pool table and table tennis, and the whole outdoor area is hooked up to the main sound system for relaxing summer vibes.
The rest of the villa has several choices of terraces; you can enjoy a sun downer overlooking the sea, or eat out overlooking the pool, while the poolside bedrooms each open right up to let the outdoor space in.
This villa includes 3 hours of housekeeping a day, 6 times per week and a linen change once a week. Additional housekeeping is available on request and can be arranged with the Property Manager.

This villa is in one of the most prestigious urbanisations close to the heart of Puerto Banus, so you can take a relaxing stroll to enjoy an evening out and easily catch a cab back.
It is also just off the main A7 highway that runs right along the coast, so the options for a day trip exploring the area are endless.
There are a choice of living spaces set over three floors with a 6-person elevator available. This means that three families or different generations can share the villa, each with their own space. The apartment is also perfect for guests bringing their own staff.
Ground floor (entrance level): Here is living room number 2 with entertainment systems, drum kit and a large outdoor terrace
Upstairs on the first floor: Main living room with a large outdoor terrace which overlooks the pool in one direction and the sea in the other.
Lower-ground floor: Fully self-contained apartment with an open-plan sitting room.
There is also a choice of outdoor areas and terraces for relaxing so even at full capacity of 14, this villa never feels crowded.
First floor: The main kitchen leads to the indoor dining room seating 10, and also has an outdoor dining terrace overlooking the pool & gardens
Ground floor: Living room 2 also has its own kitchenette and outdoor terrace
Lower ground floor: Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and central island with stools
Pool Bar: Gas BBQ, microwave, drinks fridges and outdoor kitchen, with table and seating for 12 at the pool side
Ground floor: Master bedrooms have their own lounge area and TV sets, and lead out to the terraces by the pool. A games area offers a pool table and table tennis.
Lower ground floor: Private fully equipped gym adjacent to the apartment.

Villa Nuevo Banus is a highlight of our Designer Collection thanks to its stylish modern interiors and contemporary designer finish, and for executives who maybe have business in Puerto Banus there is Wifi, mod-cons, plenty of space to work and a super location with easy access to all of Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
This spacious villa is also well suited to families with older children, even those travelling with older family members who might welcome the lift installation to get around the property. The apartment is also handy for staff or a nanny to share with younger children, but please note this villa does not have a pool fence and there are balconies around the upper terraces.
For friends travelling together there is plenty of space and privacy for 5 or 6 couples each having their own bedroom and bathroom, but this location will not permit loud parties that go into the night so we do not encourage hen and stag groups or similar.
For people with walking difficulties there are all the facilities you need on the ground floor, but to access the villa itself you need to walk up a few steps, and the pool has steps or a sloping lawn. Once inside, you can easily reach all floors via the lift.

For a different day out, you can easily visit typical white villages like Mijas and Benahavis, smaller harbours like Capo Pino and the original fishing village of La Cala for a really Spanish vibe.
