The design of this villa is simply breathtaking, from the panoramic windows to high vaulted ceilings it is a true haven of space and sophistication
The standard is set by this luxury villa as soon as you walk through the huge 6m high entrance archway and into the house. The archway reveals a bright and airy living room which shows off a vaulted ceiling and far-reaching views across the valley.
This villa has been finished with excellent quality, from squashy sofas in the living room to the hand-cast teak ceiling fans which help to give a tropical vibe and keep you cool. You have an excellent range of facilities such as the 50″ LED TV with DVD and Blu-ray, and an iPod dock to play your favourite tunes.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from a juicer to espresso machine, but if you don’t fancy cooking then we can also assist with chefs and extra housekeeping, as well as doing your shopping for you before you arrive.
The kitchen has a central island laid in smooth granite, and small seating area which is handy for breakfast, plus as a small lounge area. There is also a formal dining area seating 12 indoors, plus extensive terraces for dining outdoors in the warm summer breeze.
In the bedrooms there is a distinctly tropical vibe, with sumptuous throws, cushions and indoor palms adding the finishing touches. Each has direct access to the gardens and pool through French windows, while the master bedroom has its own private terrace on the first floor.
The bedroom suites in the main house are spacious and welcoming, and there is room for additional beds if required. All rooms have their own seating area, air conditioning and silent ceiling fans, 32″ LED TV sets and the best quality mattresses and linens for a blissful night’s sleep. En-suite bathrooms are laid with the finest Italian marble, and the master suite also comes with an enormous 2 person bath tub.
The apartment is finished with the same high standard but rooms are a little smaller. There is a twin room and double room that share a bathroom, and there is additional sleeping space on the double sofa bed plus a kitchen-diner, making this ideal for one complete family or staff.
The piece de résistance is the indoor spa complex, ideal for both winter or summer use. It includes a large indoor heated swimming pool complete with the latest hydra-jet water propulsion system which allows you to swim against a constant water stream. There is also a 6-8 person sauna and full bar area with lounge seating plus satellite TV
The gardens of this villa are kept in perfect harmony with their surroundings and provide the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Upstairs, there are spacious terraces leading out from living and dining rooms, giving plenty of options for socialising and dining out al-fresco, and the 8 person hot tub awaits you amazing views.
The main terrace by the living room has comfortable seating and is the perfect spot for a sun-downer, while the dining terrace comes with a gas BBQ so you can enjoy the best outdoor living in the warm summer air.
Down by the pool you have quality sun-loungers and day beds for relaxing in the sun, and all the ground floor bedrooms lead directly out to the pool side for easy siesta times!
There is a team of staff on hand who keep the gardens and pools at all three villas in tip-top condition and they do their best not to disturb guests when staying at the villa.
If you are organising a celebration there is room in the garden of Villa 3 next door for for a small marquee, as well as a Hollywood cinema and indoor disco, and by booking all three villas you can have space to entertain 48 guests.
The villa is distributed over two floors. The living room occupies the first floor and has an open plan layout with the dining room out onto the main terrace. There is also a small living area off the kitchen and a poolside terrace on the ground floor.
The main living room has 3 large sofas and a 50″ TV with DVD and Blu-ray. French windows lead out to the main covered patio and can be opened right up in Summer.
The kitchen is cool and contemporary with polished stone worktops, a central island and state of the art equipment. There is also a small dining area and lounge by the kitchen, and outside is a dining terrace which also has a gas BBQ for relaxed summer dining.
This villa has extensive terraces and choices for relaxing in the sunshine or shade. French doors from the living and dining rooms and extend your space onto the main outdoor terraces. There is plenty of seating with panoramic views and a large Jacuzzi.
On the ground floor below the living room you can find the indoor pool and spa, with a bar and sauna, making this villa a perfect choice for winter holidays in Marbella.

Most bedrooms have space for an additional bed for a child and the twin rooms can be configured as triples, please ask us for details.
Your rental includes daily housekeeping, and staff live on site ready to assist with anything else you need from laundry and ironing, cleaning, or helping to prepare and serve lunch by the pool and clearing away afterwards. additional staff hours can be booked and paid for locally and we would recommend you take from 2-4 additional hours per day for your holiday comfort and enjoyment.
